After the closing of the much-beloved (and, at times, the much-reviled) Adachi, I thought about opening a place called Not-Adachi. Starting the "What Are You Looking For" group was easier. Now, after just 4 months, we have 78 members. We are the largest and most active group on OWS.

All - Earthquake in Marrakesh Update 10/09/23
We have moved from our badly damaged home in Marrakesh to the capital Rabat - our power/broadband/telephone is very patchy but I have managed to make contact with Alex (Princess Alex), who will run the ILU side of things with Bobbi Fox, while we assess damage and living arrangements for the family.
Its just been announced over 2000 deaths and hundreds of injured - one close friend hasnt made it but he pulled his parents out of their wrecked family home.
Please pray for us and all those affected by this disaster.
We will see you all soon I hope.

The Stark North District is more than just an extension to Stark Islands. It's a full new region with the main sim North District plus 2 nice residential sims Archipelago and Causeway and an impressive nature sim called Straits. Xinashi is recovering from an attack on the grid that has resulted in missing assets and textures. You might find this is the case with some of the over 100 outfits at oh HELLO. You can help me fix the problems by reporting on the status of outfits you get at the shop. Each outfit vendor has an "oh HELLO Outfit Status Report" note card. All that is required is DELETING the sentence on the note card that does NOT apply:
* OK (All assets found and all textures present)
* NOT OK (Assets and/or textures missing)
Then drop the report note card into the mailbox next to the oh HELLO shop sign.
The outfits that are OK or have been repaired will have a "Quality Assured" label on the vendor. To get the fixed outfits, join the Xinashi group and I will send them to you. I'm also working on repairing the rest of the region, but my first priority is the shop. Thanks for your help.

was wir heute ankündigen werden, fällt uns nicht leicht. Niki und ich, Mathilda, haben beschlossen, den Betrieb von Stark Islands nach dem 30. Juni 2021 einzustellen.
Wir haben uns viele Gedanken darüber gemacht, unter welchen Voraussetzungen wir Stark hätten weiterlaufen lassen könnten. Aber letztendlich hätte es zu viele Änderungen geben müssen und Stark wäre nicht mehr das gleiche gewesen. Außerdem haben wir uns außerhalb von OpenSim eine neue Aufgabe gestellt. Einerseits bedauern wir, Stark zu schließen, nach all der harten Arbeit, die wir in dieses Paradies investiert haben. Aber wir sind auch sehr stolz darauf, dass wir es bis nach ganz weit oben auf der Liste der beliebtesten Regionen von OSW geschafft zu haben. Das wäre ohne euch, unsere wunderbare Gemeinschaft, nicht möglich gewesen.
Deshalb möchten Niki und ich uns an dieser Stelle bedanken. Danke an alle Starkies für eure Unterstützung und Treue. Danke an unsere DJ’s! Jeder einzelne von Euch hat mit seinen mittlerweile legendären Sets zum Erfolg von Stark beigetragen. A 100% legal, non copybotted , creator made mesh head. Boxed as an avatar base...shape, skin, eyes, head, courtesy Ruth RC3 made BOM. The skins I used a template for in part, according to the creator's license it cannot be transfer-sorry about that. You can of course use any skin or shape you want. Responds to bento animations such as smiling and blinking. No mesh eyes or AO included.

These heads I made from 2019 to 2021- I put a couple up an SL. They were intended as a low ARC, "Wear and go" solution without huds and scripts. I made them first for my partner who just HATES most huds. I sold them for about 400L each. People liked them but I got a lot of bizarre comments like "yeah it's really beautiful and good but I have to stay loyal to Catwa even though I like them a lot"... since opensim people seem more capable of not letting brand loyalty totally dictate their interests, they are better fitted here.

The Slave Collar is the new default OSC collar, severe but elegant and it contains the latest code
If you already use an Arcadia Collar you may want to get a fresh copy since this last version is not backwards compatible (they will be from this point on but the differences with the old ones are at structural level).
You can also choose extra apps for the collar should you choose to.

Anyone who enters the University as a child avi will now be banned. Never thought I would have to do this but had a child avi come in twice and also told me how pretty I was as if they were trying to get with me. if it wasn't for that last part I would just nicely ask them to change to adult or leave.

After two weeks of waiting, I can announce the results of the competition.
The owner of a single network admitted that he was wrong and mistakenly placed a fake beacon. This network name is now hidden.
During these two weeks a new group is attacking the title and if I have time I will update the ranking soon.
You can see everything else in the comments and review ...
From charges of throwing a party on my sim where I've ridde ....... My sim is technically unable to throw parties. I will not comment on all of them.
I will only comment on the emanation of impudence and shamelessness:
The hard-working admins who work on their sim for 18 hours without a break...... Sitting, during this time they are visited by the well-known Priscilla, but they don't even get up... They use a steel version of viewer that does not block and allows them to work even lying down... I trust them :)
And finally they threaten me that they are like Google and they set the rules... I am dying of fear that I have attached screenshots.

Happy New Year to all Opensim grid owners and users alike. I just want to add my thoughts as a few others have on the past year. We have all seen growth or maybe a decline in our grids and even so far as to have our grids banned by other grid owners. Isn't it bad enough real life has tossed us a pandemic to deal with. Losing Family & Friends we have cherished for years to a sickness we can't get control of. We all come online to escape real life even if just for a few hours, to forget our troubles and just have that bit of time to relax, have fun ... and maybe meet a new friend or two.
I recently had one of my users come to me and say why am I banned from such and such grid? My answer of course is "I have no idea no one has contacted me about any issues." I can tell you this ....if I have an issue with a user visiting my grid I am going to ban the offending user/users not the grid they came from. Banning the whole grid for the unfortunate actions of 1 or 2 users in my opinion is childish and very unfair to all the good users from that grid that have the same lets have fun and meet new people and share what each of us have to offer mind set. After all isn't Opensim supposed to be about offering a place to enjoy the free time you wish to spend online when you access a grid?
I and my partner have and will always try to offer a peaceful and enjoyable experience for users of our grid. If you have had an issue with one of our users please don't ban the grid ban the offending user/users and please feel free to contact me regarding any user from the grid. I am one of those No Tolerance for crap people that will not stand for a user tarnishing our grid by doing something they shouldn't. They want to do that crap it's time for them to move on find someplace else where it's acceptable or get their own grid. We have already banned and deleted one user for unacceptable activity and I am not afraid to do it again if needed.
I like to think and I'm sure I have shown to many visitors I am a very reasonable person to deal with. And I try to act on issues ASAP so the grid is enjoyable for users and visitors alike. See something you don't agree with message me and lets talk. Have a user issue message me and let me know so we can get any issues resolved quickly so we can get back to enjoying our grids and members.
Lets make 2022 a year of change for each of us in Opensim. Lets enjoy our online time helping each other, providing fun places and content for members and visitors to our grids, and working together to resolve any issues that arise in an adult manner.

New Release: Arcadia's Timer.
I made this based on a suggestion (thanks Ernest!).
It's a simple timer that will do what any kitchen timer does, you setup the time (up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds) and it will count back to zero, when it reaches zero it will sound an alarm and that's it!
The object itself is a single, very light mesh so you can resize it to either put it in a tennis court or your fridge =D
It can be set to Owner only operation, group or everyone.
Of course the textures are inside for your customization needs.

2- Added also timezoned EEP for all seasons (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter), between seasons (Spring/Summer, Summer/Autumn etc) and for each season or between seasons, all kind of days (clear, cloudy, rainy or foggy) , all ready to use!
