It's been a while since I don't bring some landscaping/building items.
Here's a modern stone house (tailored mainly as skybox). Comes in 2 tones (day & night).
Door and ceiling lights scripted.
If you want to reduce the LOD considerably - it's mainly generated by the door inside!

These pics were taken inside of Gram Z's Vintage Country Barn which I obtained from Lavia Lavine's region https://opensimworld.com/add/?t=&pid=92358&ptype=10! This is an awesome barn! I fell in love with it the moment that I saw it. Lavia has so many useful items on her region(s) which are a must see.

I know I have two pics the same here but I do not see where to delete them, so I will delete the one pic at a future time.

L’Event Space a le grand honneur de recevoir sous son toit la troupe Les Théâtreux pour vous présenter la pièce intitulée "Et l’œuf engendra la poule", écrite par Jean Vilain.
Elle a été initialement captée radiophoniquement et diffusée sur Radio Saint-Affrique, une radio libre et associative en Aveyron. C’est cet enregistrement original qui sera le support audio de la pièce dans laquelle les personnages sont incarnés par des avatars.
