The List That Really Matters.
I recently listed the shops that were recommended in the What Are You Looking For group in the past six months as a way to encourage these and other shop owners to join the group and help people find stuff they are looking for.
But here is the list that really matters. If anyone helps people find stuff in the What Are You Looking For group, their help is acknowledged and their regions promoted. It’s the least I can do to thank our members who make the effort to help people find what they are looking for. It’s been three months since I’ve done that. Next up to our opensim public library is the #1 selling book on the planet...the Holy Bible! We hope you have use for this and can gain strength and inspiration. Bearing that in mind, i am aware there are a number of different faiths and beliefs out there. I am respectful of others beliefs, so keep in mind i will be deleting and maybe blocking anyone that tries to take a positive thing for a large group of people, and turn it into a heated debate, flaming, trolling. This is a peaceful freebie FOR THOSE WHO WANT IT. :) nobody is under obligation to come claim this free item, and thus, nobody should complain. Thank you in advance for being polite, rational and kind :)
A *BIG* shout out to Cyberglo Cyberstar, who has been so generous and kind with his time, adding 1 fix to take us to version 1.1 and allow pages to move backwards. Then the next day taking us to version 2.0 and allowing us the potential to make books in minutes rather than days and hours. and yet a 3rd update already to take us to script version 2.3!
New Features from 2.0 to 2.3:
Can now view the cover by clicking left side from page 1, to close the book/show cover. Adds a professionalism and another level of realism to the book experience. (also close book from menu)
Which leads us to the bigger features...a menu is added! holding down the left mouse ANYWHERE on the book for 5-10 seconds will give a popup menu:
1)page number 2)bookmarks 3)close book
We already mentioned 3 and self explanatory.
1- page number: push this to jump to any of the 1119 pages of this book
2- bookmarks: that's right, save your place, or simply remember some significant pages. you can name each page and you can create a bookmark using the menu, or you can edit the notecard (PATIENCE! it DOES take some computers a bit of time to load 1,119 images!)
Now keep in mind, you want to follow the examples already laid out in the notecard that is included. you can simply edit or erase this once you have the jist of how to name and format the notecard. (dont be silly like me and try to save a page as "John 3:16"....it needs the : to tell it what page to go to...so rather than take me to page 987 or what have you, it took me to page 16.
Yes, I am already aware some adjustments need to be made to the numbering system/script. For now, use it for what it is, and be grateful for the minutes to hours it will save you getting you relatively close to the page you wish to jump to or bookmark. We will obviously do our best to make this more accurate. ENJOY!

Touch-to-Roll – Just touch the ball and let it fly!
Clean & Reset Pins – Use the terminal near the keypad (on the side closest to the lane) to have the rake clear the pins and set up for the next frame.

Tipi Tacos Truck Freebie. I know, more food...lol. Tipi Tacos are an Indigenous fusion cuisine and very popular. Sometimes called "Indian Tacos", Navajo Tacos or Bannock Tacos. Open tacos made on bannock with all the fixings and very delicious. The Tipi Tacos truck is over by the gas station and free to copy/buy for 0 for anyone who wishes for one for their region. The Grove Bistro is a freebie little restaurant anyone can come and copy/buy for 0 on Birch Grove Spring. A while back I found both this cute little building (on Klamotto region) as well as a really cool collection of food on Sketchfab from a RL restaurant. I have been meaning to make a restauant combining both elements. Be aware there are some separate parts. The tables are LK from the Moonlight series and they have all the plates in them. I didn't like the square plates the originals came with so it's all on some classic round plates made by Sunny from OpenSimCreations. It was sorta supposed to be for Valentines day but the time got away on me so it's just for anytime and a cool place for your avs to go pretent to eat...lol. Not everything is free to copy/buy for 0 if it came from other creators and the perms were not so. Beside the cemetary and behind the Afree Hair Salon. Enjoy!

HEXEN-Ambiente W I T C H Y Vibes on Greenworld Seasons and Greenworld Startpunkt (neighbour Sim) - several places, treehouse, magic cave, market und the new shop "Bell, Book & Candle" with broom parking. All freebies.
I needed to create a car spawner/rezzer for my city (since I can't allow a single space for rez items), so I needed to code this, which allows you to configure cars to be rezzed on designed points, it's split into 3:
- Car spawner (parking): must contains the cars available to be spawned, note the name of the item you put there since you'll need to configure it on the rezzer machine
- Rezzer machine: Here it contains 2 notecards: CFG (configuration) and CARLIST (cars to be rezzed)
- Temporary object: It will have the script to rotate and listen the finall call to destroy itself (when moving to other car or reset)
The panels for images can be modified and added several, just look at the config value from there.
It's full perm, copy transfer including the scripts, you can modify it, do whatever, if you do a modification remember to keep the credits.
It's the first version, maybe it will have some bugs, but I tried to have the best code quality for it.

Been focusing a bit more on working on the land itself while I consider what the first freebies of 2024. Mixed Arcadia Asylum things with modern meshes, materials and particles and it still looks accurate for very deep water. When I'm done I may put all of my mods and new land things in a box for people to get the look for the sim. Happy new year to all friends of Mythos!

Suzan from Klamotto scripted a hud overnight, so now the hairs have hud control for the rigged version. Nonrigged can still be used with menu. It's all packaged up, so come grab.
Building and maintenance continues... the "Rainbow Road" from the freebies area into the heart of the sim is now up to the colour green, starting at purple. Mass underwater structures are spreading through and I expect half of the sim's oceans to be done this week- swimmable, and interesting to dive in or walk on the sea bottom. Fresh water will have underwater stuff as well. Currently there is a functional watermill with jumping salmon...but that's way on the other side and there's no pathway built! Bring bear spray and mosquito repellent, is what I'm saying. ;)
