We're trying to determine which of our regions are the most and least popular and/or wanted.

This is my latest build and I think one of my personal favorites, a one room luxury cabin with a raised floor for the Kitchen Area, high rise ceilings with large open front, back and side windows to let in all that beautiful sunlight and to just enjoy nature while snuggling next to the built in fireplace. It has carved wooden doors and decorative shutters and simple 4 pane windows and log door frames. This cabin would be gorgeous in any forested or mountainous setting. It is partial mesh but it can be retextured and it is copy, mod, transfer; it has a land impact of 34 including the doors and built in fireplace that has a warm crackling fire going. I had this townhouse out at the mall and did not realize I had forgotten to put a sales box with it. Today I made that discovery and well, color me embarrassed. I am so excited to announce the new welcome region is almost done, there is only one more thing to add. Thank you for Lilly and Darci for helping me with this project. I also want to thank Catuelala for the ziplines she installed. Karaoke will eventually move to this region and we will have a grand opening. Stay tuned for more info.

This was one of my first builds when I came to Open Sim. I had to make all of the textures, and it wasn't very good as I was still green at building. Yesterday I remodeled and straightened walls and linked it all together except the garage door and the toilets with animations and I think the garbage can in the bathrooms. A couple of other things, so use your build window to rez and place. It is now in a box and for the first time, I am offering it for free for anyone that wants it. I've already had a couple of requests from patrons to customize the main marquee sign from MAJESTIC to something unique to their region. I am more than happy to do this for anyone who buys the venue and will do so at no extra charge, so feel free to ask :-). Please keep the name at 9 letters or less so that it will fit nicely on the sign.
