For those coming to the gala next Wednesday at the Art Deco ballroom at Lunaria Emporium (see previous post), this photo composite shows the difference between using a PBR viewer (at the top) vs using an older viewer (at the bottom). Additionally, your settings in the PBR viewer do not have to be high to see it this way, and unless a very old computer is being used (10+ years), there should be no appreciable difference in FPS between the viewers. Of course, we're just glad you're coming, no matter what viewer you're using :-) If you are coming, I do advise visiting prior to cache your viewer when no one is around.

So TDS will be changing the way that you grab items at the store! I have decided to make all items full perms, only because I see my items at other stores with no credit to myself at all. So if I make everything full perm then everyone can pass out the items to their friends. I will also be boxing items based on dates that are in my inventory. I have thousands of items not out because I am just myself at TDS. So the store will still be open whilst I work in the sky to get items boxed for you to grab once it is ready. I was going to put items in boxes based on what the item is, however, I would be trawling through my invy at a snail's pace. So if you have items already then you can just unpack and delete. Watch this space and thank you for your support as always ♥

1- Tram that goes around Reykjavík only;
2- Bus that goes in all parts of the sim;
3- Vehicles rezzer kiosks available at many parts of the region.

I decided to migrate my regions from OSGrid to my own private grid so I do not depend of anyone, took me some hours to set up the configuration with the HyperGrid but I did finally. I really appreciate to the OSGrid team all the effort on all these past years, when I connected my project on their grid back in 2019 allowed me to show my project which I started back in 2011, but after a long time thinking about it and learning more about how it works the Hypergrid and to setup it, I was able finally to do it and perfom the test from the outside (with a account I created on other grid), I'll connect some of my the others regions in several hours (the speedway), and I'll balance better the load of all the regions in several servers over the time since it also runs now the ROBUST. Still need to work on the backups tasks, uptimes checkers. The construction of the city, is still ongoing, and I do it when I have free time, motivation and I'm inspired (since I want to do the buildings and all in a good way, I mean, not all the same, all differents with unique things even some share the same initial design), and also the city is not only on the surfarce, I build also under what can be seen on the map. Initially I wanted to do this way, but since I didn't know nothing about Hypergrid and how to setup back in 2019, never tried, until these last days when I started to see how to configure it.

Weiter geht es am Montag, den 3. März, mit dem Höhepunkt der Karnevalssaison: dem großen Pangea Rosenmontagsumzug in Köln. Freut euch auf farbenfrohe Wagen, beeindruckende Kostüme und die einzigartige Karnevalsatmosphäre, die Köln so besonders macht. „Kamelle!“ und jede Menge Spaß erwarten euch in den Straßen der Domstadt – seid dabei und feiert mit uns diesen unvergesslichen Tag!
Den Abschluss bildet am Dienstag, den 4. März, die traditionelle Nubbelverbrennung. Gemeinsam verabschieden wir uns von den Karnevalstagen und lassen mit dem Nubbel symbolisch all unsere „Sünden“ zurück. Lasst uns diesen Moment nutzen, um die festliche Zeit mit einem Lächeln ausklingen zu lassen.
Markiert euch die Termine im Kalender und bringt Freunde, Familie und gute Laune mit. Wir freuen uns auf euch und eine unvergessliche Karnevalszeit!

The time has come – the festive season of Carnival is just around the corner, and we can’t wait to celebrate it with you! This year, we’ve prepared a vibrant program full of fun, music, and great vibes.
We’ll kick things off on Thursday, February 27th, with our amazing Costume Party. Put on your most creative, wacky, or elegant costumes and join us to start the Carnival festivities with a bang. To keep the party alive, our fantastic DJ Marlon will be spinning the best tunes all evening, ensuring a night full of dancing, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Don’t miss it!
The highlight of the season awaits us on Monday, March 3rd, with the grand Pangea Rose Monday Parade in Cologne. Get ready for colorful floats, stunning costumes, and the unique Carnival atmosphere that Cologne is famous for. Shouts of “Kamelle!” and pure joy will fill the streets – come and be part of this spectacular day!
Finally, on Tuesday, March 4th, we’ll wrap things up with the traditional Nubbel Burning. Together, we’ll bid farewell to the Carnival days and symbolically leave behind all the “sins” of the season. Let’s enjoy this special moment and end the festive time with smiles and good spirits.
