Autumn is my favorite time of year! So on Sunday, September 21 Rocky Shores will have a special event. Rocky shores and my club On The Rocks are decked out for the cooler time of year. We had a positively amazing time at the Autumn Fest celebration in Stag Hollow. The Annual Hypergrid Community Celebration that began as AvatarFest, became OpenSimFest, and is now #OSFest2025, is a 3D virtual festival where anyone from any OpenSimulator grid can participate from any timezone! Starting this year, you can now host OSFest events on your home grid or, as always, get a free exhibit or store parcel on the OSFest grid. Artists, creators, builders, merchants, educators, developers, grid owners, performers, and hosts - you can showcase whatever, celebrate however, or host wherever you want. Help others find you on the Hypergrid by being a part of the celebration - virtually together.

For #OSFest2025, rather than a specific theme, since anyone can now participate whether on their home grids or the OSFest grid, take a look at this year's logo created by Banker Ibor. Themes that come to mind are Celebration, Culture, Fantasy, SciFi, Space, Avatars, Fashion, Shopping, Holidays, Hypergrid, and more. Whatever theme you see in the logo is your theme - be inspired!

You can find it on its own display area at the Emporium. Click the Gothic sign on the left as you enter the store lobby. The eep pictured above is what you will see as you enter the area if you have shared environment activated.

Parkway Drive: Die Reise einer Metalcore-Legende

Die Geschichte von Parkway Drive beginnt in einer kleinen Küstenstadt in Australien, wo eine Gruppe von Freunden ihre Leidenschaft für harte Musik in etwas Größeres verwandelte. Im Sommer 2003 gründeten sie die Band in Byron Bay, New South Wales. Der Name stammt von der Straße, in der sie ihre ersten Proben abhielten, einem Ort, der schnell zu einem Treffpunkt für lokale Musiker wurde. In einer Region, die eher für Strände und Surfen bekannt ist, fehlten Orte für Punk und Hardcore-Auftritte, also schufen sie ihren eigenen Raum.
