Saw some posts about Problems / missing mesh attachements in OS-GRID:
I also have this problems in the new OS grid, both with the older and the latest Firestorm Viewer. For example, if you crash while teleporting or a bug error or other crashes occur, the mesh body, mesh head and other mesh attachments are missing / lost at a relog. I get me newest Mesh body and Head, this not helps is missing too.
From the entire folder where them stored inside you are not able wear them, them inactive. The only thing that works is to delete the Firestorm cache and all cache in the AppData\Local\FirestormOS_x64\ folder. Then relog in, and everything's fine again. The next time Firestorm crashes; you'll have to start over and delete everything again.
Reported this error already to Paela and Dan, them working at.

Once again the little McDinkles have been working day and night to bring about a gorgeous beach wedding venue and the grand opening is just around the corner....as soon as we find the corner. (not yet open to the public)

OSgrid seems to be fully running, ran around a few other grids and it seems to have stabilized, great job guys!
