The hypergrid never ceases to amaze me. I went shopping over at Nutella tonight on a shopping avie. My main avie has over 120k items in my inventory, so I use other avies to shop. It has become more and more common that when I jump to other grids, all my mesh gets ripped off. I am then a lumpy nekkid system avie with a hairy face. It's not fun for anyone, trust me. To avoid this, I will strip down to a system avie, then use a full body alpha and be invisible. This prevents the embarrassment, potential maturity rating violations, excessive shopping lag, and having to tp home, log, clear cache, log back in, sometimes 2x to get things to act right again. It's efficient and effective.
I haven't filled out the profile of this shopping avie because....well...it's a SHOPPING AVIE. I guess I could put "I'm just here to shop" on the profile. But honestly...she is 1/10k avies running around without anything in their profile.
Apparently, a resident there took exception with me and sent me some rather rude messages. I didn't see them because I was engrossed in shopping and had the chat window closed. I saw them when I returned to my home grid. I then reached out to her and explained 1) why I was invisible, and 2) why there was nothing in my profile. She promptly told me she was reporting me to the grid owner for "not acting right."
I popped back over there and spoke to her in genchat, once again explaining myself. I told her to be well and left. I am interested to see if that avie or even this one gets banned because a resident didn't like that I was invisible and shopping. It's always an adventure.

Okay I think things are finally, at last, for the time being, hopefully rearranged to be more easily accessible for everyone at the Create A Scene Garden Center and in fact the entirety of the Masala Al Kohav Mall. There is so much going on here that at times it's a little hard to keep up with, but it's all good goings on!! Stop in and shop all day if you like. Visit all of our in house creator's shops like Ezra's Antiques and Collectables, Thor's Forge, Fall's For You (Animesh People) and my own "Lavia's Little Corner". We have a very wide assortment of items ranging from houses to plants and everything in between. We're working on building new stuff as well so that you have original content as well as items from around Open Sim. And don't forget to ask about our "Showcase Plateau" which allows folks to advertise their grid, region, or shop not just for a week or a month, but year round for free with an allowance of 1500 prims. I am so excited to announce the new welcome region is almost done, there is only one more thing to add. Thank you for Lilly and Darci for helping me with this project. I have a few buildings available that are perfect for your Industrial part of town. They are Full Perm, so if you want to change the signs to your own, just edit and change the texture. If you need help, I will happily do so. I hope your day is awesome and filled with joy!
After spending most of the day working with it, we won't be doing the Dreamgrid Smart Start after all.
After crashing repeatedly with three different versions of Firestorm, and finding with no Smart Start the crashes ended - as well as the very large and heavy regions we have not loading as they need to -- it's just not working for us. It's a great concept, however. With a pretty powerful dedicated 64 gig Server we should be okay.
I think this works well for some grids and not for others, depending on what has to be loaded in etc etc.

Under their influence, numerous long-standing members were bullied, slandered, kicked out and banished. To top it off, some of these members were named in the TOS, as well as the flimsy reasons leading to this banishment. (You can read it in a group on Facebook)
As *EmmaMercury* she ran after every pair of pants in SL that she has now found in Opensim. It destroyed a well-functioning community that is now scattered to the four winds.

Ooops! An error was found in OverWatch Sentry. Please upgrade to version 58. The error was that the banlistkeys should have been banlistkey to conform with the other files. This is one of the first sets that I created, started with a sketch of gem placement. Making gemstone snowflakes it is all about gem placement too. Good morning all it's Wolf Fest Day 1 kicking off with 2 University Presentations then Lone Wolf at the Big Top for his day 1 tech talk! Please use the teleporter board here to get around - but to really enjoy the festival take some time to have a walk round our incredible exhibits. Don't forget to ride the Space Race roller coaster.
