This saying is just another way of saying, be careful what you do and say, because eventually those things will come around to bite you in the butt, or the old saying "What goes around, comes around". Another old saying is "Cast your bread on the water and it will come back to you pressed down, shaken together and running over." Well just be careful that bread isn't moldy and rotten because you'll get that back in droves. So it's best to learn to treat other's as you would like them to treat you. I don't really see what is not to understand in Dorena's statement, and I see nothing nefarious in it because it is a simple and age old reality.

Dorena's images, videos, and messages have been far more global in meaning. It's called art, sweaty. As for applying any personally targeted meaning to this image, I always say, men need to be grateful that women only want equality and not revenge. And I personally do not ascribe to responding to hate and death threats by reaching across the table or taking the position that "this is where I go to escape all that." That is apologism at its finest . Notice her caption states "everything" and not "everyone." If you are paying attention to her videos, they are in large part referring to climate change. She is the artist; I do not claim to know her mind, nor do I want to! That is the beauty of her art! I can ascribe ten thousand ideas to this image! She is WINNING.
