A few weeks later ..

Well I am a little more clear on what's going on and what to do. We're going to look into having Una ( Masala Estates) possibly host E Grid next year, early. I want to do it, believe me.

And for right now, I made a mistake saying E Grid was flat out closed -- its still UP. But all those lagging regions are down, they are still existing, but down. We currently have Paradise up, and all the rental lands. They will, barring weather crap or that sort of thing, stay up!

Basic Land Hygiene And Griefer Protection

Pay attention because there will be a quiz.
1. Set Edit Terrain (Everyone) to Off
2. Set Object Creation to group only. (A private land management group for example)
3. Set Object Entry to Off
4. Set Scripts to Off
5. Set Safe mode (no damage)
6. Set No Push (this does not completely disable pushes, but it makes them less powerful)
7. Set your movelock to make yourself harder to push around. In Firestorm, this is CTRL+ALT+P.
8. The protection from any pushing is to "sit".
9. Set access to group only, or to yourself and a designated approved access list. (Kick out and ban griefers from the group)
10. Set No Fly (makes it harder for griefers to get around quickly)
11. Set Teleport routing to a specific spot (keeps griefers from being able to dodge by local teleporting)
12. Set Object Return to the shortest possible time
13. Turn off avatar visibility in About Land > Options (so griefers outside your parcel can't see you)
14. Do not respond to taunts or threats. REMAIN SILENT!
15. Mute (Block) each griefer
16. Turn off visibility of particles (CTRL_SHIFT_ALT_=)
17. Protect yourself from graphics crashers by limiting the avatar complexity your viewer can render, in Preferences > Graphics. Anything lower than "unlimited" will be fine.
18. Set your preferences to not render media or play sounds attached to other avatars.

The Quiz: What is wrong with the land settings shown in the picture?

Lately I have noticed a lot of drama, bashing, shaming and finger pointing. I am not taking sides but I felt this needed to be said.

As a grid owner I feel its important to talk to other grid owners, get to know them, work with them on issues and problems.

When did it get to the point that we dont listen to other grid owners or its members? If a grid owner or a member came to me about an issue with one of my members I would hear both sides of the story.

I dont block an entire grid unless I have a valid reason or they have me blocked and no way to resolve the issue. I prefer to just block the said member if I have very good reason otherwise I talk to the grid owner.

I dont know why some have to be too busy to not care, I suppose its why I like being a small grid. I want the time to talk to my members, see there cool builds, work on the grid and support other grids.

I know that running a grid is a lot of work, I understand that it can make grid owners so busy. But I dont feel its hard to take 5 minutes or less to listen to members or other grid owners.

If we are constantly tearing each other down, accusing other grids or people, then someday there may not be anything left in Opensim.

My door is always open for anyone that needs to talk.

Also there are textures without background in seamless or cute motives to make your
own cloth or use for poofers or what ever you can imagine.

I have a new pregnancy system that I'm testing, if anyone wants to try it out that would be great.

It's based on the Body 'C' System (i'll use 'C' and 'P' to keep it clean on OSW). When someone 'C's in your 'P' you may get pregnant. (The father can be Male or Female and does not necessarily have to wear a "Male Attachment", but your partner must be able to activate the C system).

Pregnancy is determined by a roll of the dice based on the probability of each day in a 28 day cycle (highest probability is day 14, but there are at least small possibilities on all days).

A "day" in OS is 4 hours. So in one RL day there are 6 OS days.

The system will warn you if you miss your period in a cycle (on 7th day). There is a pregnancy and DNA test machine at the clinic. The DNA test reveals the profile of the father, in some cases the identity may be unexpected I suppose, so use with caution if you bring your "usual" partner.

Also in the clinic is a Teddy Bear revealer if you want to have a gender reveal party and know if your baby is Male or Female. It will release a plume of pink or blue smoke.

In the clinic you will find an IUD contraceptive device in case you want to "play" with someone and not become pregnant. Just wear the device for playtime and remove it if you want to try to get pregnant.

You can optionally have it automatically alter your body shape, making you larger over the course of the 280 day pregnancy. The attached photo shows a time progression. Note, you do not have to find special pregancy clothes or wear a special tummy attachment.

My system uses a keycode signature to avoid impersonation and tampering. If for some reason you lose your keycode you can reset it at the clinic - without losing your baby.

It's full perm if you want to the see the code and/or modify.

So once again, there I was, playing around in Meshy AI, and Blender and I finally figured out how to transfer the file with it's texture and get Blender to put it together then upload it with the textures included and POOF, a beautifully rendered, textured bust of my art work in the form of the Bust of King David. This sculpture along with the painting in the background and the Star of David wall or door décor, are available in The Plaza here at the mall. They are full perm and free for you. A good friend told me about Meshy, so I decided to try it and using a portrait I had made in my AI Art program, I made something that to me is very special. I have always loved King David and reading the Psalms and in recent years, after having discovered my own Jewish heritage, I decided to pay my respects to the good King by making the portrait in my AI program, then I pulled that into Meshy and presto! A beautiful sculptured bust of King David, just in time to celebrate Rosh Hashana. Rosh Hashanah means "the head of the year" or "first of the year" in Hebrew and is the JEWISH NEW YEAR. It is one of Judaism's holiest days and commemorates the creation of the world. It begins September 22, 2025 at sundown; ends at nightfall on September 24, 2025. If you would like your own copy of the bust, you can find it here at the Mall in our Livingroom department. Who doesn't love celebrating a new year?

I have new animals for you, but I come here on my free animal sim and find first a cloner at my entrance, and yes, my sim is closed for rezzing. Then after returning that, I find a prim that says HHDONKEY OWNED to Beryl.
