Hi :-) Germangrid wird Heute oder Morgen wieder online sein. Das Grid war 2 Monate offline wegen einem Server Hardware Problem. Da es ein Richtiger Server ist Dell Poweredge R 710 ist es nicht günstig wenn er ein Problem hat aber ist alles soweit wieder gemacht jetzt muss nur noch das grid wieder fertig sein.

The sim has been busy and I appreciate all the feedback I have received. However I guess I can't please everyone. I shall try and explain why I have done what I have done in a better way so that people can understand.

Yes the previous layout of the sim was great, yes it did use a lot of prims, yes I struggled to put things out and they all remained in my inventory not seeing the light of day. Yes I decided that the easiest way for everyone to have access to all my items was to put them in boxes (no the boxes don't have pictures because there are random items in there and I wouldn't have a clue as to what picture to put in there). However it appears that people were happy not having access to my inventory. They were happy to have the sim as it was previously (I am glad this is the minority because I have worked so hard to get this all done this way).

Not everyone will be happy at my decision, but I believe that the decision I made was the right one. So for everyone that was happy to have the previous sim I only apologise that I wouldn't have been able to get over 10K of items to you and you would have been stuck with the minimal. I apologise that I have decided to use as minimal prims as I could so that I can create more boxes rammed with items. I can only apologise if you now choose not to come.

But to everyone else that has come along and grabbed the hundreds of boxes of items in the store and loved shopping, I thank you ♥

AviWorlds Grid Status Report – Scheduled Downtime for Asset Server Upgrade

Start Time: 5:00 AM Grid Time
Estimated Duration: 12 to 24 hours



To continue improving the performance, reliability, and scalability of the AviWorlds grid, we will be performing a critical upgrade to our asset server infrastructure on April 13th, starting at 5:00 AM Grid Time.

We will be transitioning to an object storage system for our asset backend. This upgrade will significantly enhance how assets are stored and retrieved, resulting in faster load times and improved data integrity.

Because this involves a full migration of existing assets, the entire grid will be offline during this time to ensure the process is smooth and free of conflicts or data inconsistencies.

We estimate the downtime to last between 12 and 24 hours, assuming no unexpected issues arise.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to make AviWorlds even better.

All items from my inventory are now available in the store! I still have textures to go through but will do that tomorrow. It's been a hard slog! But the end is near. Once that is all done I can get back to what I love to do! Please remember and give it time for boxes to reach you before attempting to buy another one.

Introducing AI Atlas, an AI powered NPC. AI Atlas was designed to run with different LLMs (Large Language Models) and make user-to-NPC, or NPC-to-NPC chat a little less boring that it use to be. Emphasis on short, fast and casual answers rather than the pedantic parrot LLMs tend to be. Work in progress as we are still discovering how we can infuse somme intelligence into NPC's behaviour. I still have over 500 Fatpacks I am currently going through at the moment changing their permissions, however the new store set up is well underway! The old store will be getting removed once I have changed all permissions of everything and I will be decorating the remaining part of the sim. If there are any queries feel free to give me a shout. I am around for a few hours yet.

The items in the boxes should be no more than 30 items and they are completely random and I mean random, lol! You should be able to see everything in the boxes before grabbing them. Sorry if you have duplicate items in your invy from me. But this was the only way that I was able to bring you all of the items I had in my invy without the need to place them in some sort of order. Just imagine it will be like Christmas, never really knowing what you are gonna get until you unpack the box! When you land head towards the West side of the sim and you will see little stores there.

Thank you once more for supporting me, it has been a long haul and I still have a way to go, but getting there slowly but surely!
