The Great Clown Fish Catch at Funsize Dinkies World Resort
The morning sun shimmered on the peaceful lake at Funsize Dinkies World Resort, casting golden ripples across the water. A gentle breeze rustled the trees, carrying the laughter and chatter of eager Dinkies gathering on the dock, fishing rods in paw.
“Today’s the day!” Ted Dinkie squeaked excitedly, adjusting hys tiny fishing hat. “I just know I’ll catch the biggest Clown Fish in the lake!”
Beside hym, Wintermyst Dinkie grinned. “Oh, we’ll see about that! I heard the Clown Fish love to play tricks. They won’t make it easy for us!”
With a flick of their rods, the lines plopped into the water, the bobbers dancing on the surface. The Dinkies waited, tails twitching in anticipation. Suddenly—plop!—Ted's bobber disappeared beneath the waves.
“I got one!” hy cried, reeling in fast. But when hy pulled up hys line, there was nothing but an old boot dangling from the hook. The other Dinkies giggled.
“See? I told you they’re tricky!” Wintermyst teased.
One by one, the Dinkies cast their lines again, determined to outsmart the playful fish. Some caught little shiny minnows, others reeled in bits of treasure from the lake’s depths—a tiny pirate hat, a golden button, even a lost toy boat. But still, no Clown Fish.
Then, just as the sun reached its highest point, a splash broke the surface. Ted and Wintermyst turned in time to see the biggest, brightest Clown Fish leap from the water, winking at them before disappearing again.
“Did… did that fish just wink at us?” Wintermyst gasped.
Ted blinked. “I think it did! That must be the trickster of the lake!”
Determined, the Dinkies worked together, using their best fishing tricks—dancing their lines, using special bait, even telling the Clown Fish funny jokes. And finally—plop! plop!—one by one, the Dinkies started catching the colorful fish, their tiny scales glistening like rainbows.
By evening, the Dinkies sat around a warm fire, swapping stories of their great Clown Fish adventure. “Next time,” Wintermyst declared, “I’ll be ready for the biggest trickster of them all!”
Ted nodded. “And we’ll make sure to bring extra bait… and maybe some funny fish jokes!”

This is Jipji'j, or Little Bird. She is an AI connected, elder Mi'kmaq woman. She is Kespe'k (the Gaspe' region of Canada) , and currently living with her Son, A'petna's'g (Whirlwind), who married a lovely Siknikt girl (modern day Maine). When I installed our own AI model and API server, I had very low expectations. I am just amazed by the insightful stories, songs and prayers that she recites (which are very accurate, or at least very faithful adaptations) representations of our very diverse Mi'kmaq culture. She actually tells stories or everyday types of experiences with her grandfather. Her grasp of vocabulary is however, atrocious, and I am working on an accurate LLM (large language model) of the modern, living Mi'kmaq language, from reliable sources. It might turn out the be the first of it's kind, at least that extensive.
She is an absolute delight to talk to. Our history is full of a lot of loss and pain, but there was also serenity and joy, and a proud history. That is what we're focusing on here, and she seems to really embody that, with a mix of history, and a bit of faithful fiction.
One of the most endearing things, is she travels around the countryside, the hopefully, authentic village, and the mountains, and sings and dances in praise and joy. She sings a lovely (CC)recording of the really beloved, and maybe most important, Mi'kmaq Honour Song.
It is not ancient. The Mi'kmaq Honour Song originated with Elder George Paul, a Mi'kmaw singer-songwriter from New Brunswick. The song came to him after a series of experiences, including a spiritual journey in the late 1980s. He wrote it because we had no songs left! A LOT of us are in the same boat, where we came a hairs breadth from being completely annihilated, and we are doing what we can, in this day and age, to move forward, reclaim what we can, the best we can, with modern tools and circumstances, and have something to pass down to our kids and grand kids.
Someone called what I am doing, disrespectful. I am never going to come to an agreement with them on that, and won't put up with shite comments. But I wanted to put out there, what I am doing. It's nowhere near finished, eventually the wigwoms will be full of everyday period items, examples of food preparation, tools, clothing and people milling around about their business. But Little Bird is busy blessing the place, and she's a real hoot! If you can keep up with her, just get close and say "Hello Little Bird" and she will stop and talk your ear off, sing you songs, tell you stories. She even writes excellent prayers. You can launch a canoe and explore the huge continent of Wesgewina'q (Happy, Joyful place)

A ceaseless search and research for a balance between light and material, ieko's painting process is the poetic and deep reflection of her feeling today.

Editorial from a popular magazine in another world. Everything has been duplicated here in open sim - with some variations. I am working in conjunction with Chant Lyric. Chant is rarely online and has contributed a great deal of her builds over the years to the OMG Twiztid Timez region. I am honored to have her on board. This is why you will often see photography or builds that have been designed by Chant and not OMG.

If you have been keeping up with the weather in the US, you know that about half of the US is dealing with blizzards, sub freezing temperatures severe enough to challenge infrastructures, and peripheral states are dealing with flooding and electrical infrastructure challenges. Two of our presenters had to bow out due to last minute inclement weather, and my own electricity is VERY sketchy. We have experienced power surges in my city for over 24 hrs, with uncertain relief. Sadly, I live in a state that has puffed out their chest about being off the federal grid, and in the last 10 years, we have paid dearly for that.
We are committed to this. We will reschedule sometime after the Hypergrid World's Fair, where WolfTEC will be have a presence! We hope to see you all there!

Gracie and Dexter Dung Beetle, an official NPC mascot symbolizing hard work, transformation, and finding beauty in the most unexpected places. Gracie was not just a character; she represented the spirit of resilience and ingenuity that our community was built upon.
Unfortunately, some members of the organization decided that Gracie no longer belonged and expressed a desire to remove her. As an owner of the organization, this was heartbreaking to hear. So I have created a sanctuary here for her at my Sandbox, those of you wishing to visit Gracie and Dexter they would love your support. It is a public sandbox so if you want to place anything I will create an area for you.
