just in case people dont know what formal is.. its Tuxes for the men and Gowns for the ladies.. if you come not dressed in Formal to the Ballroom you will be to told its a formal venue.. 2nd time I have to tell you you will be ejected third time Banned. The Only Club that has a dress code is the Ballroom, and its listed as a formal venue on all ads and notices. The Train Station, TG.IF and Fetish Factor do not have dress codes.

Today has been a busy day at the mall as not only have we opened our new Magic Shop, but I got a little creative and made these Owl Lamps. I had gotten a lamp that was labeled "Owl Lamp" it turned out to be a Peregrine Falcon lamp, so I corrected the name on that one and made two, what I think are, really cute owl lamps with my favorite bird perched atop a tree and the moon providing the light. There are two versions, one with the owl facing front, and the other from the side and there are duplicate table versions as well. I have all four of them boxed up and waiting for you in the Living rooms Department in our Furniture section of the mall. I’m often asked, “What happens to the art when it’s taken down to make room for a new exhibition?” My response has always been that select works from each artist are preserved and moved to another gallery space, becoming part of a permanent exhibition that contributes to OpenSim’s evolving history. Up until now, that was only a vision—a future project in my mind.
I’m thrilled to announce that vision has finally come to life with The Archive Collection. While the name may be straightforward, it leaves no mystery about the treasures inside! 😊
I’ve included some photos—one of them shows me standing in front of the building, to give you a sense of its scale. To enhance your visit, I’ve also added a grand piano I uploaded and added a variety of scripted music that you can play by touching the keys while enjoying the art. There’s even a version of the piano with animation options available at my shop.
As we approach September, those of you with art ready for display are welcome to bring it by the gallery anytime. If you’re not already in the group, please let me know so I can add you to the correct role so you can rez.

The Grande Phoenix is a reimagined and refined update of an original Moroccan-style build I created for the town of Devil's Fork in the Land of Xzar. I was never fully satisfied with the original, so I recently undertook a complete remodel and am now excited to share it with anyone who’d like to make it their own.
Designed as a charming boutique hotel, the Grande Phoenix features a welcoming lobby with a side bathroom. The lounge is a cozy retreat with a warm fireplace, a stylish bar, and a dance floor for social gatherings. The custom-built kitchen, crafted with full perm capabilities, is ready for anyone who wishes to add their own animations.
Upstairs, you’ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The building comes partially furnished, showcasing custom artwork I created, while leaving plenty of room for you to personalize and decorate to suit your style.

These trees were made with AI textures I downloaded from the Internet for free. The textures are beautiful and I applied them to either flexi prims or a 1 prim plant sculpt. They would probably look best in a fantasy setting as they need full bright on for most lighting settings. If you only use the Default sky settings or similar lighting, they look fine with the bright unchecked. There are 22 different trees. Currently, they are located in front of the pyramids.
Rather than having a dedicated area for landscaping items, I have scattered trees, flowers, bushes, etc. all over the region in multiples as I have decided against using any other landscaping. So if you are walking about and see a tree or flower you like, simply click on it to buy for $0. Unless it has a box, everything in the region has the item inside of it so click and buy. :)

Inside there is a huge room and a kind of a mini palace compete with statues, floor lamp torches, pillars and thrones. It turned out better than I had hoped it would and I hope you will enjoy it and use it for your "ancient" or "Egyptian" build. It comes complete with trees and statues and is the perfect addition or center piece for any ancient or even sci fi fantasy build. You can find it here at the mall in our "Ancient Builds" department.
