An entire sim has been dedicated to creating background themes.

This is not your normal 'backdrop' boxes placed on a sim.
Many different themes are available.

Just a few themes to mention below:
A Burlesque Show where you can dance Burlesque with the NPCs dressed in colourful attire.

Asian themes, Magical Alice in Wonderland, Cafe's - join NPCs for cake and coffee.

Beaches and fishing. Horse riding - Forrest walks, hidden magical wonderland by tranquil creek.

Quirky dining in a backdrop set within a forest where an old bus converted to a home with overflowing creepers.

Visit the slums - the homeless - the forgotten ones within society. Take part in the boxing ring to knock out those responsible for the state of the world.

Some of the local NPC's are happy to have their photos taken with you.

Terrace homes with a fruit market - Mr Fruitier is happy to share his apples with you.

I guess I'm going a little crazy with Meshy AI and Blender, but I just can't seem to help myself. As part of the book I'm writing, one of the species included are Angelic like flying Lions that I call Lamassu. So I put the information in Meshy and it gave me a really cool winged lion which I was able to convert to a collada file in Blender and upload as a mesh build and it included the textures. The Midnight Special (1973–1981) was a late-night music show, hosted by Wolfman Jack, that aired on Fridays at midnight. Famous for bringing rock, pop, soul, and folk to television, it stood out by featuring live, raw performances instead of lip-syncing. With stars like David Bowie, Fleetwood Mac, Aretha Franklin, and The Bee Gees, it captured the spirit of the 1970s music scene and remains a cultural landmark of the decade.

It will be hosted by Koshari Mahana and Passion Jumanji in GroovyVerse, owned by Hyacith Jean.

As many of you know, we are giving our Mall a "facelift", and a much needed one at that. Everything has moved and we've added some new stuff so to make things easy we have the teleport system which you can use to get around more easily. Also I built a huge new "Plaza" building which houses the contents of the smaller stores ,so in that one building we have almost all of the furniture, and our guest vendors as well as our builder supplies and whatever else I can fit in there including weapons. E Grid has come to the end of the line as far as being a constantly running public grid.

Costs have risen for us hugely for sustaining a grid 24/7, and it's too much for the very small numbers we get of visitors. Many times days go by with one or two on all lands, and its just not sustainable for what we're paying to run it all.

We'll keep Paradise and individual lands up and open, so if you are renting there you're fine, just be aware the grid will NOT be up 24/7 anymore.

We regret having to do this but costs have gone sky high and it's just not feasible anymore. We've had to do this once before but this time, sadly we have to stick with it.

Thank you for ALL of you who visited and enjoyed the grid over the last couple of years or so, it's been fun and we appreciate every one of you :)

A good friend told me about Meshy, so I decided to try it and using a portrait I had made in my AI Art program, I made something that to me is very special. I have always loved King David and reading the Psalms and in recent years, after having discovered my own Jewish heritage, I decided to pay my respects to the good King by making the portrait in my AI program, then I pulled that into Meshy and presto! A beautiful sculptured bust of King David, just in time to celebrate Rosh Hashana. Rosh Hashanah means "the head of the year" or "first of the year" in Hebrew and is the JEWISH NEW YEAR. It is one of Judaism's holiest days and commemorates the creation of the world. It begins September 22, 2025 at sundown; ends at nightfall on September 24, 2025. If you would like your own copy of the bust, you can find it here at the Mall in our Livingroom department. Who doesn't love celebrating a new year?
