Formed in 1965, Pink Floyd are probably one of the most loved groups of the Psychedelic era. Their 15 studio albums from 'Pipers at the Gates of Dawn' to 'The Endless River' spanned 47 years.

Floyd were renowned for their sonic experimentation, live performances incorporated lavish light shows and quadraphonic speaker systems. Concept works such a 'The Dark Side of the Moon' and 'The Wall' played on repeat on many bed-sit turntables of the 70's booming out the dark themes of alienation, war, insanity and dystopia.

Art surrounded much of Floyds output, cartoon illustrator Gerald Scarfe provided his disturbing ink-splattered caricatures for the rock opera 'The Wall' and their albums most often featured the work of surrealist graphic designer Storm Thorgerson who also produced covers for Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Peter Gabriel, the Alan Parsons Project, Genesis, The Muse, The Cranberries and Biffy Clyro.

Housed in the re-creation of Battersea Power Station on the Art Factory estates, the artwork of Pink Floyd is presented along with 3D recreations. Pink Floyd radio is permanently live when ever you need a sound track to close you eyes to and become comfortably numb. Look out for live shows and events coming soon.

Working on a whole line of Native Clothing outfits for Men and Woman more traditional spanning 5 different tribes. I only just started but im doing a very large Native build right now and there wasnt much to choose from. hgusss ill put them all out in the WEST STORE as soon as im finished. Yesterday Amsterdam Bingvy , owner of Zweet ZurroundingZ, helped me with his wonderful dolphins. You can rezz one leader dolphin, then chose how many others will swim in the group. What you will see is a wonderful group of dolphins , swimming with natural moves and jumping out of the water every now and then. Want to get them too ? Another example of how it looks like when one can paint your own texture on SIM ground.Mountains on background are part of the sim, terraformed. the one at bottom, mesh. You don`t even see the difference anymore.

And this issue existed long before AI.

Before AI, I used RhinoGold to create studio renders of my jewelry. Those renders often looked considerably better than the jewelry could look inworld at the time—not because the product was different, but because professional rendering gave me control over lighting, reflections and the environment.

Virtual worlds don't have natural sunlight. What we see is rendered by software, and the final appearance depends on the viewer, graphics settings, lighting, environment settings and the technology available at the time.

Then PBR came along, and suddenly materials such as gold could look dramatically more realistic inworld—for people using a PBR-capable viewer with the appropriate settings.

That's an important point: there are many variables affecting what any individual visitor sees.

Two people can stand in front of exactly the same object or in exactly the same region and have a noticeably different visual experience because of their viewer, graphics settings, lighting and hardware.

So expecting an advertisement to reproduce exactly what every person will see on their own screen isn't a reasonable standard.

The reasonable standard is that the advertisement fairly represents the region or product being advertised.

AI doesn't change that.

What works for one creator may not work for another. What looks good on one person's system may not look identical on someone else's. That's always been part of creating for virtual worlds.

Nobody gets to declare, “My AI use is responsible, therefore mine is acceptable, but I don't approve of yours.”

Creators don't need permission from other creators to use new technology.

If you don't like AI, don't use it.

If you do use it, use it responsibly.

The yard market is open all day today, Sunday, September 13th. Shofia and I will be there as much as possible to assist you with whatever you need. I wanted to introducing OpenSim-Aura, a fork of OpenSim optimized for Hypergrid visitors & mini-grids.

I've been working on a custom distribution of OpenSim and wanted to share it with the community.

If you run a standalone region, a mini-grid, or a region where the majority of your traffic comes from Hypergrid visitors, or if you spend most of your own time HG traveling, this project might be of interest to you.
