You could swim freely or explore in a variety of ways. The world would be filled with endless opportunities for exploration, all from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for residents who want to be active and make this their main home. These rentals are free....but we do not want land collectors, we want people who want to become a part of our community.

This Comming Sunday I will do a MEMORIAL for DeeJay James Bogbat who passed away on the 17th of November 2024.
James was very loved my many.
His RL wife asked me to take over his DJ sessions on the sundays as he would liked that, and I was very honored and could not resist saying Yes.
My first show on the sunday will be all for James as a Memorial and a Tribute to James.
It will be a very special one with a laugh and tear, but we are going to celebrate his life as good as we can with some dancing ofcourse.
For those who knew him, please you are all very welcome from 6 to 8am with the morning breakfast show at AMV Welcome.

One of my mother's favorite flowering bushes was the Forsythia with it's bright gold flowers and lime green leaves she often cut a few branches and put them in a vase of water on the dining room table, it was simple but very pretty. So I decided to make a Forsythia bush and make it available to all who would like one, it could make great hedges or privacy walls, it's mesh and resizable and only one prim. You can find it in our ''Garden Center" here at the mall. Blessings and much love, Lavia
PS I upgraded the bush to be totally 3D which is more prims but well worth it for how pretty it looks, it's now 10 prims instead of 1 but the first one looked cheep this one actually looks real.
