Fixed the following: Made it so that Away in preferences default is now always NEVER instead of whatever it was there. If anyone been stuck being marked away after one minute talk to me I will help you fix it easy enough.
2) I successfully made the mesh uploader faster and better by putting some parts of it on a scheduler. Especially non rigged comes in super fast now.

A new marina with the customer in mind!

There are 4 piers:
Sailboats
Yachts,
Cruisers
Speedboats

The piers then are then divided: non scripted boats on the left, scripted on the right. Some people want a stationary boat for a dock; or they want to script it themselves. Others want a boat that is scripted and ready to use. Now you easily know where to look for either.

Azure Bay is right next to 200 sims of water for you to try your boat before you buy. Some might want to sail into the sunset....others might want to test the speed of 6th gear! All boats have auto return so no stressing about putting it back in its spot

Azure Bay is very big ; so special motor scooters have been provided for your convenience.

If you have never sailed but want to learn, I put simple intructions in the little white building in the middle of the marina. If I can learn, anyone can!

It's no better on second life either, even with some nice choices for dining, restaurants just do not offer them - no idea why. Well, we know a lot of you would love a working nice table, either at home or in your own places of business on the OS!

We've modded this table and now offer it to you all. It has a good menu and has its own napkins included, that contain utensils for your use! You can mod the tablecloth with any pattern you wish, or move the chairs to a different table style!
