I've added two more items to my freebie Farm Store :D

Actually, they are the same thing, but one of them is completely empty so that you may add the products you would like to have in them to use for yourself :D

(JUST DON'T FORGET TO MAKE A COPY OF THE EMPTY ONE BEFORE YOU USE IT! :D ) But there will still be the empty barrel in your inventory because it's copyable1 :D BUT STILL! :D It's always good practice to make a copy of your items that you will be working on :D

OK these barrels I have made up are the same barrels, but they have some ingredients that you will use in them. I believe I put the main ingredients in them that you use most of the time.

For those of you who know how to add ingredients in them you may do so.

For those of you who do NOT know how to add your own selection of ingredients in the barrels I will be adding a notecard on how to do that at a later time. :D

I used my own AI textures that I made in Night Cafe.

The empty barrel is all set for you to add your own textures as well :D

There are 3 parts to each barrel.

The top.
The bottom.
The body.

So, if you're texturing them with your own textures, you must add the textures to each part of the barrel separately.
No need to unlink the barrels just edit linked and add. You can also select 'face' as well.

If you want to add your own product or a specific product you go into the object of the product that you want.

All these items have most of the farming products inside of them.

SF Storage Rack, SF Dried Goods Store & SF Kitchen Storage

Click on one of those & go into edit.

Here is where all the farming items are added to.

Go into the content tab.

Then you will scroll down, and you will see boxes with names on them.

(The barrels that I have are all set up to receive product. So, you don't need to add anything more but the product itself. No scripts, no notecards, just the product itself.)

Take one or more of those products and bring it inworld.

Then, take that product and put it into your inventory.

After taking it into your inventory, you go into edit on the empty barrel and add in there what you would like.

If you have a product that you made, you can do the same thing with that.

Then all you do is go and reset the scripts, & WAH LAH! There is your own personal homemade barrel of whatever you like! :D

Take a copy of that barrel you just filled and add it to your inventory for safe keeping :D

All the adding items to & subtracting items are on a notecard inside of the inventory. That is the ONLY thing you will have to change is the notecard, NOT the script.

There is also an area on SOME of the products like the chicken coop where you can change the numbers to how much you want them in the description area, too.

I'm adding another post to here so that I can explain that to you.

I just use copy and paste to do that.

Teaching myself pbr materials. Very different process to get those materials into OS. This is the clearest comparison yet of the difference between legacy materials and pbr materials. The one on the left was the best I was able to do with regular materials using only the original diffuse, normal, and specular textures. The one on the right uses all the original textures and shows them correctly.

I am working on this region for some weeks now and it is evolving... Terraforming, building bridges, stairs, hills... there will be boats and horses... working on a helicopter... on the land are houses with furniture themed for different preferences....

Region is still under construction, so far made that local TP-s are in place, this on the spanshot is a photo of the monument of Lembitu, who died 21 September 1217) was an ancient Estonian senior (elder) from Sakala County and military leader in the struggle against German crusaders at the beginning of the 13th century.

The second phase of the Egyptian Display area at Lunaria Emporium is now open, which includes the smaller items such as statues, columns, flora, and the small temple. Some of the items are free and full perm. The third phase will be the completion of the pyramid that's there.

Some good news. I compiled Firestorm 7.1.10 PBR, and it doesn't crash every single time I teleport. There is light at the end of the tunnel with the next release. Photo included of me not f***ing crashing. yay! :D

Whilst it may seem slightly frivolous, ZetaWorlds is having an event/party, We can't end the wars, the assault on Ukraine by Putin's Russia, the conflict in Gaza made worse by Israel's tamper tantrum, the military junta terrorizing Myanmar, but we can raise awareness and we can make a difference!

Announcing the Mermaid's first open sim project! (Besides our very own beautiful home!) We are happy to be exhibitors at The OpenSim World's Fair beginning March 2025! Our exhibit is but a small piece of our region, just to give you all a peek at what we have to offer! Lost Castles... There are many "popular" castles being circulated in world. But years ago I saw several gigantic castles that were incredibly well done and beautiful that appear to be lost to time. They were not seen anywhere else. One was a white elven castle that was super huge and extremely beautiful. Another was a grey stone castle with exquisite interior and very well designed rooms. The third lost castle was a dark castle with many rooms. It's sad these castles were lost to time as the creators eventually logged off taking their beautiful creations with them where they are no longer seen in todays entirety in-world. Very very sad. The creators were expert builders and their designs were the stuff of legend. Now they may sit on an old hard drive in someones attic somewhere, or perhaps they deleted them in a michael-angelo type fit of rage. No one knows. If you know of any of these castles can you please post their location onto this post, and I will tell you if that is one of them or not.
