I am excited to roll out premium housing in our new Roads sims. These parcels are 10,000 meters or up and have waterfront views of Little Willow Bay. The parcels are on named roads, in a neighborhood, and connected to thousands of kilometers of connected roadways, including Cloudburst Roads, Rouge Vineyards, and the Neverworld National Forest. These homesites are available to Neverworlders ONLY, so you know your neighbors all live here full-time.
Parcels are free.
Each parcel comes with house rezzers of upgraded design. You are welcome to decorate your home and parcel as you wish in keeping with the coastal theme. The Hub Grid is our new Secondary Grid and its run by the fantastic Una of Masala Estates.

This Grid will host most of our public lands, but many of our rentals will stay where they are. The private land rentals will remain on E, and a few of the large sims will remain there too, if they have rentals already.

Another flower that I love that I've not seen in Opensim is the Fuchsia, they're so pretty. Well I took a shot at making them and the original basket was over 900 prims but I fought with Blender and got it down to 39, which is still primmy but not so bad when you see the detail involved, and they make a great decoration for a porch or balcony or even in a window. I put them in a hanging basket and you can find them at the greenhouse in or garden center here at the mall. They are C/M/T and free, stop by and get your basket. Blessings and much love, Lavia

Juni 2022 hatten wir die große Ehre, im Rahmen des Pangea Art and Culture Festival einen außergewöhnlichen Künstler zu präsentieren: Paul Stephen Dixon, bekannt unter seinem Künstlernamen Tryad Destiny. Unter dem Motto „Schöpfer von Träumen und Albträumen“ hat er uns mit seiner beeindruckenden Kunst und seinem kreativen Geist in eine Welt voller Emotionen und Visionen entführt.
