All you have to do is find an empty parcel and click the mailbox, you can rent the parcel for two months. just make sure to renew the parcel every 2 months to keep your little island.

Each parcel island is 128x128 each island has it's own dock for you to dock your favorite boat.

Do you see? Finally a surfboard rezzer for the public to take home has been released - and a surfboard design kit so you can make your own cool board and use it in the rezzer on your sim (bullet enabled). This is after months and months of obsessing with several people and it still gets updated every few days. BUT this is the very best available surfing to date in Hypergrid / Opensim.
