The former structure has been entirely reimagined to better reflect today’s virtual world experience.
The sim is now more open, more spacious, and more welcoming, with areas designed to encourage interaction and connection. Special attention has been given to flow, visual comfort, and overall atmosphere, creating a pleasant place where visitors truly want to stay and spend time.
A new dedicated area now allows visitors to dance, have fun, and share more festive moments, further strengthening the social and lively spirit of LBSA.

A gently winding path invites you forward, leading you toward the Hobbit Village nestled into grassy hills. Round wooden doors are set into the earth, each framed with ivy and flowering vines. The comforting aroma of fresh bread pulls you toward a cozy bakery, where golden loaves cool on open windowsills and the sound of cheerful humming drifts out the door. Nearby, the winery rests beneath arching grapevines, its barrels aging quietly as the scent of sweet fruit and oak fills the air. Studnitzky ist ein Visionär, der es geschafft hat, eine eigene, unverwechselbare Klangsprache zu entwickeln, die sowohl in intimen Jazzclubs als auch in großen Philharmonien und auf elektronischen Musikfestivals zu Hause ist. Sein Spiel auf der Trompete und am Klavier – oft gleichzeitig – ist geprägt von einer tiefen Melancholie und einer fast schon spirituellen Klarheit. In einer Welt, die oft laut und hektisch ist, setzt er auf die Kraft der Leisen Töne und die Ästhetik des Weglassens.
