* News from Needful Things *

The renovation is largely complete; only a few buildings aren’t quite finished on the inside yet.

- The police station has been expanded to include a few jail cells as well as a visitor and interrogation room.
- “The Warm Mug” is a new small café in the center of the sim, featuring a few new items to copy
- The pet store has been expanded; the second floor now features aquariums with improved scripts
- The hotel has been enlarged and also includes new items to copy
- The selection at the “Figures” shop has been expanded to include several new mesh people for Sim decoration.

Since some buildings and shops have moved to different locations, you’ll find a note card at the landing point in the “Region Guide” terminal with the current list of buildings.

Der Umbau ist weitgehendst abgeschlossen, nur ein paar wenige Gebäude sind innen noch nicht ganz fertig.

- Das Polizeigebäude wurde um ein paar Gefängniszellen sowie einen Besucher- und Befragungsraum erweitert.

Hello to all Hypergrid residents: Over the past week, Shofia and I have been working to launch a yard market this Sunday, featuring wonderful items to decorate your homes, gardens, and anything else you like. We’ve curated a selection of the pieces we’ve gathered, items that Shofia, with her exquisite taste, has been showcasing to us.
The yard market is open all day today, Sunday, September 13th. Shofia and I will be there as much as possible to assist you with whatever you need. Come on by and enjoy a Sunday at the market—browse the stalls, pick up some great items, and grab a cold beer while chatting with friends. Also, for those interested, we’ve add a stall open if you’d like to contribute a piece of your own.

El mercadillo estará abierto todo el dia de hoy, domingo13 de septiembre, y nosotros, Shofia y yo estaremos todo el tiempo posible para atenderos en lo que necesiteis, animaos, disfrutad de un domingo en el mercadillo, comprando cositas y viendo los stands, tomaros una cervecita fresquita charlando con los amigos y para los que querais, hemos dejado un stand abierto para los que querais contribuir con alguna pieza.

Fleetwood – New Water Route and Redesigned Monorail Track

There are once again some new changes to discover on Fleetwood.

The water route to the Fleetwood sim, located right next to Fleetwood Beach, has been completely redesigned to make it more beautiful and varied. Instead of simply travelling along a plain waterway, visitors can now follow a much more romantic and natural-looking river course by boat.

The route winds its way between rocks, past lush vegetation and many small scenic details that make the journey feel much more atmospheric. The idea was to turn the boat trip itself into a relaxing little experience, giving visitors the chance to enjoy the surroundings at their own pace. With the rock formations and greenery along the river, the whole waterway now feels more enclosed, natural and immersive.

The Monorail route has also been significantly redesigned and made much more interesting.

The train no longer travels only through open landscape. Parts of the route now lead directly between large rock formations, making the journey feel narrower, more dramatic and much more varied than before.

One of the highlights is a new section where the Monorail even passes through a rock tunnel. Together with the surrounding cliffs and rocky passages, the route now feels more like a small mountain railway than a simple sightseeing ride.

Visitors who already know Fleetwood will immediately notice the changes. Both the new water route and the redesigned Monorail track are intended to encourage people not only to visit the sim, but also to explore it in different ways.

So: take a boat and follow the river, or hop on the Monorail and simply enjoy the ride.

Fleetwood is located right next to Fleetwood Beach.

Join us at the Piazza at 3 pm grid time, for a couple of hours of fun and music while Rockin' Robert spins the tunes for us via his live radio station Wax Radio.
