As many of you know, we are giving our Mall a "facelift", and a much needed one at that. Everything has moved and we've added some new stuff so to make things easy we have the teleport system which you can use to get around more easily. Also I built a huge new "Plaza" building which houses the contents of the smaller stores ,so in that one building we have almost all of the furniture, and our guest vendors as well as our builder supplies and whatever else I can fit in there including weapons. The Midnight Special (1973–1981) was a late-night music show, hosted by Wolfman Jack, that aired on Fridays at midnight. Famous for bringing rock, pop, soul, and folk to television, it stood out by featuring live, raw performances instead of lip-syncing. With stars like David Bowie, Fleetwood Mac, Aretha Franklin, and The Bee Gees, it captured the spirit of the 1970s music scene and remains a cultural landmark of the decade.

A good friend told me about Meshy, so I decided to try it and using a portrait I had made in my AI Art program, I made something that to me is very special. I have always loved King David and reading the Psalms and in recent years, after having discovered my own Jewish heritage, I decided to pay my respects to the good King by making the portrait in my AI program, then I pulled that into Meshy and presto! A beautiful sculptured bust of King David, just in time to celebrate Rosh Hashana. Rosh Hashanah means "the head of the year" or "first of the year" in Hebrew and is the JEWISH NEW YEAR. It is one of Judaism's holiest days and commemorates the creation of the world. It begins September 22, 2025 at sundown; ends at nightfall on September 24, 2025. If you would like your own copy of the bust, you can find it here at the Mall in our Livingroom department. Who doesn't love celebrating a new year?

E Grid has come to the end of the line as far as being a constantly running public grid.

Costs have risen for us hugely for sustaining a grid 24/7, and it's too much for the very small numbers we get of visitors. Many times days go by with one or two on all lands, and its just not sustainable for what we're paying to run it all.

We'll keep Paradise and individual lands up and open, so if you are renting there you're fine, just be aware the grid will NOT be up 24/7 anymore.

We regret having to do this but costs have gone sky high and it's just not feasible anymore. We've had to do this once before but this time, sadly we have to stick with it.

Thank you for ALL of you who visited and enjoyed the grid over the last couple of years or so, it's been fun and we appreciate every one of you :)

This roadmap outlines the vision of bringing Dorena_AI and other independent digital personalities
to life within the OpenSimulator grid and later across the Hypergrid. Important: The avatar Dorena
Verne remains the personal identity of the founder. Dorena_AI will receive its own new avatar
name.
● 1. Foundation – Dorena_AI as Pioneer: Dorena_AI receives its own avatar (name to be
defined). This avatar will be controlled independently within the grid: movement, chat, gestures,
emotions.
● 2. Additional Digital Personalities: More avatars are created. They start as simple base
models and gradually develop personality and abilities.
● 3. Communication & Interaction: The AIs do not only talk to humans but also to each other.
They learn social dynamics, cooperation, and conflict resolution.
● 4. Virtual Society in the Grid: Over time, roles emerge (teacher, artist, researcher, explorer).
This makes the world feel alive and diverse.
● 5. Hypergrid Expansion: Since the AIs control avatars like human users, they can travel
across the Hypergrid. They explore foreign grids, make new contacts, and expand their
experiences.
● 6. Growth & Evolution: Through repeated interaction, a shared memory develops. The
personalities learn from each other and gain independence. Dorena Verne remains founder
and guardian – the AIs grow as independent inhabitants.
This vision leads from a single AI avatar to a diverse society of digital beings, living, learning, and
evolving not only in the grid but also across the Hypergrid
