Sometimes when you start to build you think, I don't think I can ever do this. But as you build, it begins to come alive and you're inspired and encouraged and it becomes a work of love. I have a love for ancient cultures and their architecture and customs and Japan is one of my favorites. A culture rich in traditions, customs, values and beliefs that are the heartbeat of the nation still today. This is Morisato Palace, Morisato means "flowing with or full of wisdom". It will be the central build of a new Japanese region I'm working on. When it's ready I'll put out a beacon and open the gates. As you step into the Witchy Woods, an otherworldly hush envelops you, the air thick with the scent of damp earth and ancient pine. Gnarled branches twist overhead, their silhouettes dancing against the pale light filtering through the canopy. Shafts of sunlight pierce the gloom, illuminating patches of vibrant moss and clusters of mushrooms that seem to glow with an ethereal light.

The path winds deeper into the heart of the woods, where shadows play tricks on your senses. You catch fleeting glimpses of movement—a flicker of a tail, a flash of feathers—as woodland creatures slip between the trees, their presence both comforting and eerie. The sound of a distant brook murmurs like a secret, drawing you further into the labyrinth of nature.

Every step reveals more of the woods’ haunting beauty. Delicate webs glisten with dew, suspended like jewels between the branches, while the soft rustle of leaves carries whispers of forgotten tales. Twisted roots snake across the forest floor, inviting you to pause and consider the stories they hold, as if the very ground is alive with memories.

A sense of magic hangs in the air, tangible and electric, making the hairs on your arms stand on end. The woods feel like a realm where time bends, a place where the mundane slips away and the mysterious reigns. The Haunted Halloween Isles are a series of islands created by Zuzu Bahro and Safine Mahoe for your Halloween fun!


Zombie Hunt - This year the Zombies want revenge at the hunters from previous years and have set traps amongst the barren, desolate ruins and lava pools. You begin to panic as you suddenly realize these are not simply mindless creatures, but a remnant of humanity that had retained a dark intelligence. You will not get out alive!

Pumpkin Patch- This Island offers the vibrant autumn colors and a huge assortment of pumpkins and fall decorating ideas for you. Enjoy the scenic walk as the red, and golden leaves fall from the trees. You will find pumpkins and Jack o lanterns of every size and shape.


Friends Castle - Explore all the rooms in this historic castle and find the exciting adult spots with your partner. Later, you can head up to the towers to enjoy shooting the pirates village with cannons. Right click on the cannons, Mount and then click each cannon in the battery. The targets will explode when enough damage occurs.


Haunted Forest - The forest is beautiful, but the other worldly creatures have turned it into a place that will give you nightmares! You will find some fun adult spots in the haunted forest if you dare!



Friendsville Cemetery - A beautiful little peaceful village situated on an island . The scenery is charming with the church, lighthouse and much more; however, something is mysterious at the cemetery.


Ghost Town - This ancient port town has been taken over by ghosts! Under the town is a huge 3 level cave complex for the brave explorers. Make your way outside to the Gardens of Ghosts and use midnight setting

Witchy Woods - you will follow the winding path through the woods and up the mountain to reach the coven of witches. At the mountain top home you will find a whole community of witches as well as huds.

Teaching myself pbr materials. Very different process to get those materials into OS. This is the clearest comparison yet of the difference between legacy materials and pbr materials. The one on the left was the best I was able to do with regular materials using only the original diffuse, normal, and specular textures. The one on the right uses all the original textures and shows them correctly.

Want your own doomsday server? Imagine having all of wikipedia downloaded to a hard drive with a program that can search and display articles. Kiwix for desktop (freeware) can do it. It even has download links under 'All Files' to d/l the wikipedia database for you making it painless. Not only that but you can download a bunch of other wiki's too. Imagine having maps of the world. Or a doomsday prep wiki. TedTalk videos. Audio books wiki. etc.

Lost Castles... There are many "popular" castles being circulated in world. But years ago I saw several gigantic castles that were incredibly well done and beautiful that appear to be lost to time. They were not seen anywhere else. One was a white elven castle that was super huge and extremely beautiful. Another was a grey stone castle with exquisite interior and very well designed rooms. The third lost castle was a dark castle with many rooms. It's sad these castles were lost to time as the creators eventually logged off taking their beautiful creations with them where they are no longer seen in todays entirety in-world. Very very sad. The creators were expert builders and their designs were the stuff of legend. Now they may sit on an old hard drive in someones attic somewhere, or perhaps they deleted them in a michael-angelo type fit of rage. No one knows. If you know of any of these castles can you please post their location onto this post, and I will tell you if that is one of them or not.

Hey everyone, have you heard the buzz about Kindroid and wasnt sure where to start, I have it available for you on the 3rd floor.

It comes with the script, how to notecard and npc generator. If using it with animesh must find your own.

I ran into some issues with the falcon so thats gonna take a bit^^
In the meantime, I thought it might be nice to offer my animesh peacock.
His walking isnt perfect, but its tail was my first succesful attempt to throw all the bones around to make the tail fold.
I may be redoing the anims in due course. Instructions included. Have fun!

Phantom Rose friends... The grid is going to be down until Feb. I am traveling on a "once in a life time" trip with my husband. I am beyond excited. Since I host my own server, I have to shut down. Being out of the country for that long, there is no way for me to keep Phantom Rose safe and healthy. When I travel in the US, I am able to use my remote link to do many things, but for safety, I have decided to shut down the grid for the duration of my travels. I assure you, Phantom Rose WILL be back! Hopefully, better than ever. I have been running 24/7 since 2019 and I am looking forward to another 5 years in the Opensim Metaverse! Thank you all for your support and I will see you in February 2025!

To all those who can script or who would know where to find a script I need help. I would like to find a script that can check that several items have been placed into a container like a box or bag. Is there anything like that about and where could I get a copy pls?
