:) I am going to be tearing down the Magic Shoppe at Wizardry in the coming weeks. I wish to replace it with a forest, and an elven temple perhaps. So if you want any of the magical items there please get them now, also Savine has copies at her store which is where you will have to go to get the items. I just feel like the area would be better served as a more natural environment for a wizard. Without the old cluttered up shop on the hill.

Sometimes when you start to build you think, I don't think I can ever do this. But as you build, it begins to come alive and you're inspired and encouraged and it becomes a work of love. I have a love for ancient cultures and their architecture and customs and Japan is one of my favorites. A culture rich in traditions, customs, values and beliefs that are the heartbeat of the nation still today. This is Morisato Palace, Morisato means "flowing with or full of wisdom". It will be the central build of a new Japanese region I'm working on. When it's ready I'll put out a beacon and open the gates. Announcing the Mermaid's first open sim project! (Besides our very own beautiful home!) We are happy to be exhibitors at The OpenSim World's Fair beginning March 2025! Our exhibit is but a small piece of our region, just to give you all a peek at what we have to offer! There are absolutely incredible builds there now so we can't imagine the excitement when the fair opens! They have fabulous entertainment planned too! This is the biggest, brightest event I have every witnessed in open sim! (I think they have a few spots left!) Please mark your calendars! You don't want to miss it for sure! Until then, please do come to Mermaid's Cove and see what else is new there! Watch for events at the Blue Grotto too! See you soon!

I needed one, but couldn't find one, so I built one. :)
Here is a parking garage for your town or city. The arms raise to allow entrance. The top part is faux so only the bottom floor is accessible but you get the look of a full parking garage without all the prims. (40 prims total, without cars.) The cars inside, you should be able to copy if you wish. You can find it where the industrial buildings are. Thanks for stopping by.

Perhaps the largest outdoor swimming pool in Opensim, this beauty sits at the newly opened Dublin Estates Apartments. Apartments feature outward visual windows, privacy on the inside!

We have created a new sidewalk and made the textures for it, as fall claims us. 6 different textures and leaves as well, and a board to make your signs in your path. We have added some streetlights our not our
creations. They are 3 pieces sidewalk/90 degree/bridge

I catch the 3HG Studios bus today and my driver is this cool, magical troll-like guy with huge feet straddling the gas and brake pedals. He flashes this wild-eyed grin and shouts, “Get in and buckle up!”

Before I can even find my seat, he’s spinning the bus out of control and diving straight into the ocean. We’re cruising underwater, octopuses scattering as we zoom past.
