All levels are welcome. Start your day with intention, energy, and peace.
I have reprogrammed the yoga mats to follow the poses of the instructor automatically. So you needed try to find the right pose, you can relax and stretch on command.

Ohhh how I love Halloween and Autumn and SHOPPING!! I have so many more costumes and decor to share so I added 2 more floors to the shop! I really appreciate all the people who share with us, and I want to be part of that always!
I'm finding out that there aren't any new costumes coming out. Let's make costumes to share too!
