I had this ad up sometime back, and I thought I'd run it again. This is Lavine Mansion which I was encouraged to make after I accidentally got a copybotted version of a friends creation. I wanted a mansion very much and one that was beautiful and had a Victorian flare to it, so I built one and there is nothing more gratifying that building your own. This mansion has a huge living room, dining room, kitchen, great hall, sun porch and patio as well as a total of 10 rooms and a full attic which could be modified to add more rooms. It also has a cute little balcony on the front and is encased in red brick with concrete fancy molding and a cinder block foundation as well as black cast railing and large concrete pillars. You truly have to see it and tour it to appreciate it. Stop by and select the Lavine Mansion on the Teleporter. It is free, fully linked, copyable, modifiable and transferrable. A lot of really nice Athena clothes here, all fixed and with HUD's. Everything is fullperm and the folders even contain images of the clothing which always is a big plus for me, much easier to actuall...
