I went on a fun little excursion today using the MazeOS viewer. Specifically, I had a chance to test the viewer in Wine-Staging (dxvk-vulkan preinstalled) on Arch Linux.

I have to say, this is an impressive experience, everything works with the exception of a few common shortcut keys being ignored, which the average Linux user can easily fix.

It is pleasing to see work is being done to bring a unified viewer for Opensim and I am sure there will be plenty of interest for a Linux port. Well done, Prince Amor and THANKS!

Hi everyone! Today we start moving with friends. I found this woman's exercise videos a couple of years ago, and she is amazing. The movements are all low-impact and great for all of us over a certain age. This video focuses on the belly (core) and is done while sitting. Have a sturdy chair available. While it focuses on the core, she also gets the rest of your body moving.

We are starting with this video and will repeat doing these movements for the rest of January. We will add new ones in February. The idea, though, is to move, and we felt this was the perfect video to get us all started. You can move with us once a day or all three times and only do what is physically comfortable for you to do.

Our resolution this year is to get into better shape, and moving together will keep us accountable. It's too easy to say, "Oh, I'll do it tomorrow." We know how it is working on projects in-world and getting caught up in them, before you know it, you have been sitting for hours.

We are doing it 3x a day for 15 minutes. I'm sharing the video link so you can take a look at it, but we will be sharing our screen in the Daily Movement voice channel on the OpenSim Connect Discord Channel, that way, we can all do it together!

Choosing our theme is the next step so I created a ranked choice bot we can use to narrow choices without people "bandwagoning" or seeing spoilers. This is a demonstration of a Catacombs 3D map rendered on the surfaces of prims each prim has 8 faces and is 8 pixels. This required unlocking the FASTEST Opensim possible settings. Settings not exposed by opensim. This made it possible to script a walkable 3D FPS map crypt with fake lighting effects all just colors! no textures. It is grainy because is extremely low pixels!
A technical marvel for opensim that it can indeed run DOOM on a prim if you was to script it. For those who think its fake i will be opening a special region called Limits in Winxtropia with the demos soon!
