Xinashi Is Taking a New Direction.
I've stopped work on Xinashi and have taken all the builds back into my inventory. The CopyKat Collective hub region has also been packed up.

Here's the deal. I've been working on 20 Xinashi sims for about 3 years now. In addition, I've assembled 160 outfits for the oh HELLO shop in the past year alone. I'm finding it is all too much work. The fact is that less than half of the Xinashi sims have been fully set-up in all of this time. And, since the CopyKat grid closed and the loss of my inventory, I have been unable to assemble new outfits for the shop.

So, I'm sharpening my focus. Xinashi as a whole will be on hold for now. My work in OS will be devoted to assembling new outfits for oh HELLO and working with the CopyKat Collective team on a new project. To celebrate World Peace Day we are holding a charity event on the 21st of September. You can visit the events region during that day and find some links to charities if you wish to donate and for every visitor during that day we will donate $1 to UNICEF.

We at Stark Islands were proud to be part of this amazing event! We had a lot of fun.

In the next month or so exact time is yet to be determined RRD will close for approximately 1 week to undergo a rebuild. I have a lot of new mesh that needs to be textured and I will soon be offering Athena & Athena Petite in some styles as well as Legacy and Legacy Perky in some designs. These new designs are in included in the pile of new mesh I recently purchased. So when I reopen RRD is will carry these newer styles as well as a few Legacy, Legacy Perky and Athena Petite in styles already released for Athena. Also I will be open to texture and color suggestions and might even consider custom one of a kind requests made on the meshes I have available.

The underlying message of too many big social media sites these days is "stop talking and start buying." The community these sites have fostered are being exploited for profit. Fortunately that isn't happening in OS. In fact, in contrast to big social media, we have a place in OS where the message is "stop buying but keep up the conversation."

That place is the Oni Kiri Tribute Region. There is nothing to buy there. But there is the opportunity to hang out with people from the community of Adachi fans and ex-residents of the CopyKat Grid. They are pretty much all like Oni. Helpful. Kind. Sharing. Grand Opening of the Oni Kiri Tribute Region

The home Adachi region has been recreated on the Blackswan Grid as a memorial to Adachi and a tribute to Oni. Adachi will continue to be a place to gather, dance, and share -- and make -- new memories.

Look for a comment here sometime soon about the region opening early for a sneak preview.

The complete Adachi regions with shopping will be sponsored by CopyKat Collective members when we find an affordable server. The Collective members' shops and regions are now hosted on other grids. Preparations for HIE 2023 are well in hand! It's a chance for opensim residents whose first language is not English to tell their stories, share their experiences, demonstrate their art - all in their own languages. *The Past And Future of Adachi*
~2012 to 2023...and beyond!~

Adachi is an area of Tokyo, Japan - a place Oni has a deep connection to. Oni opened the first Adachi in OS eleven years ago. In 2020, Oni opened the CopyKat Grid, with the Adachi regions at it's core. CopyKat quickly became the #2 destination in OS. Why? Well, just look at the glowing comments people made about Oni when I posted about his retirement.

After Oni's retirement, he gave ownership of the Adachi OARs to Maurice, a member of the CopyKat Collective. We are reopening Adachi again to shoppers within a week. See you at there soon!

In reference to my post yesterday..
A professor gave a balloon to every student, who had to inflate it, write their name on it and throw it in the hallway. The professor then mixed all the balloons. The students were given 5 minutes to find their own balloon. Despite a hectic search, no one found their balloon. At that point the professor told the students to take the first balloon that they found and hand it to the person whose name was written on it. Within 5 minutes everyone had their own balloon.
The professor said to the students: “These balloons are like happiness. We will never find it if everyone is looking for their own. But if we care about other people's happiness....we'll find ours too. This is the same as "community building" if we all help and support each other.. we would be much happier.. just something to think about.. as a side note.. I love teachers who teach like this!

Regarding the drama and debate of issues that really do fill up the front page with piles of horseshit and sauerkraut, I am hoping the constipated, confused, uneducated and self-righteous can simply take it all to private messages.

It absolutely does not benefit the software, community or potential prospects that have considered making the switch from SlimeyLife Libtard Labs to Open Sim and it's abundant community. All this crap does is clutter the front page and leaves people discouraged, confused and disenchanted. We get enough of that crap from the militant uneducated media. Let's at least keep THIS place honest and pleasurable to visit. Got it? Great!

So I am hoping that in the future, a lesson can be learned from this ordeal. Until then, If I'm not back in 5 minutes, just wait longer.

You may want to delete the NPC notecards that come with dance machines and PMAC furniture and replace them with your own. There are several reasons to do this. One is originality. Another is having NPCs that fit the theme of your build. Thanks to Spax Orion for this script.

Welcome to Stark North District!

The Stark North District is more than just an extension to Stark Islands. It's a full new region with the main sim North District plus 2 nice residential sims Archipelago and Causeway and an impressive nature sim called Straits. The main sim North District holds a bunch of shops. There are also some possibilities for nice roleplays.

The North District region is connected directly to Stark Islands, means you can even walk from the Stark Islands main sim to North District by crossing the whole region. Well, if you dont have the time or you are too lazy, you can go by boat or teleporter.

I had for this lady a deep respect and appreciation and so created this memorial wall to her memory to reflect the beauty of the soul who was Veritas McMaster. Everything In The Picture But Me
A recent review commented that oh HELLO outfits include hair and accessories. Gosh. I guess I haven't mentioned that lately. So, just so you know, you get everything you see in pictures of oh HELLO outfits -- except me. Also, if any item is part of a fat pack, you get them all.

One of the hardest parts of making this outfit was deciding on the footwear. Ankle boots? Knee high boots? Thigh high boots? Well, now that decision is up to you. The outfit includes all of the Samantha boot set (which, by the way, can be hard to find).

Back to accessories. I have a relatively small number of them, and I could use more. Please, tell me the best places to shop. Thanks.

Wipe your butt with Hello Kitty's face! Ya, cute as hell. Also, Hello Kitty braces. Ironic, but also a particularly cruel thing to do to a cartoon creature with no mouth.

But I digress. The oh HELLO shop now has an outfit featuring Hello Kitty themed tights. The matching top is included even though its not used in this outfit.
