One method is torturing prims, and I love to use the polar array in Blender to create flowers but another is to mod by creating flowers out of neat parts! Puttering with cars again because it pushes my PBR skills in new directions. Today I finally had a breakthrough with PBR glass that looks much closer to the real thing. That's transparent glass in the photos with real reflections achieved by modifying a silver PBR texture I had.
SL, and by extension Opensim, did not implement the full PBR spectrum of textures, leaving out about 5 or 6 types. One of those not included was Transmission, which communicates to the graphics engine the details of the glass surfaces. So I basically have been wracking my brain on and off trying to come as close as I can to the real thing. Today was a good day.

I'm so excited to report that Wolf Software Systems Ltd has signed a partnership with MariaDB. As we own the grid, we will be upgrading our databases to the latest version of Galera Cluster (5 nodes) and Maxscale. We will be working with Mariadb next week on the deployment plan.
