The island was home to a primitive tribe called Pau na Xota, commanded by the bloodthirsty King Naxota. This island was visited from time to time by beings that came from the sea. Some might call these beings zombies because they feed on brains. The fact is that there was a mating ritual with these beings, and the bravest warriors risked it. Obviously, some were devoured, but those who succeeded renewed the island's population. Thus, this unusual coexistence remains to this day. Note: Most of the characters are NPCs created by me. Corrupt visitors and predatory capitalists who attempt to alter the natives' way of life will be captured and fed to the sea creatures, either to be devoured alive or left to be taken by the great KING GOLRILA PICTUS CURTOS. Upon arriving in the region, use the teleport pad and go to the "Mysterious Island" option, but note: this is not for the faint of heart.

My Pol. Sci. professor said "politics happen whenever two people get together". That makes avoiding politics difficult. However, politics is more generally associated with making decisions in a group. And because of their role in elections and government decision-making, polls are a major part of the political landscape. An election itself is a poll (the only important one say some). Before and after elections, polls are a critical tool for gauging the "will of the people" beyond what simple election results can show. Polls are, by their nature, political.
A poll on OSW says that the will of the people here is that this is not a place for politics. But if you don't want politics on OSW, you lose just by voting.
Not that it matters. Polling results in OWS are not enforceable and will not stop political posts. Want to do something effective? Block people.

Hello, I was asked tonight why I try to hide behind another account or at the mall. I am not hiding; I am the same person. Dallas came from a long-term relationship, and now I want to clean up and move forward—nothing more.
The Junction Mall has many new items, a small coffee house, and too many products to list, as they are still being arranged. I will not post every new item because there are simply too many. The men's section is also being worked on, and it takes time for everything to come together. Additionally, there is a spot for houses and other items.

In short, I don't think Politics belongs on the OSW page. There is Facebook, Instagram, tictoc and other social media platforms to express our views. Most of us come here to Opensim to escape the BS, and we use the OSW page to see what is new in Opensim, not to have to deal with more ideologies and agendas.
