Das mit dem Sauerbraten das am Samstag in dem Artikel 'Vorbesichtigung' zur Sprache kam, ging mir selbst am Sonntag noch durch den Kopf. Ich hab dann überlegt und nochmal erinnert, wie das früher in der Bad Dürkheimer Kurhaus-Küche zubereitet wurde und das war NICHT vom Pferd sondern vom Rind.
