100 years ago, on 23/09/1923, in a slightly more advanced country, the people rose up and stopped the first attempt of fascism to seize power. The uprising is drowned in blood by the fascist government, but it still succeeds because the government falls from power and the fascists never succeed in fooling our people again.
Unfortunately, after only 10 years, fascism succeeded in another country and is still fooling the more naive people of the world.
Little evidence remains from that time.
In front of the train station in the town of Stara Zagora in Bulgaria, the locomotive of modern history is rusting... Yes, that's right, with this locomotive with the iconic number 555, more than 100 years ago, progress moved across half of Europe (try to find more of his long history).

The MultiSim Status Report hud is now available at wizardry. It's just a button you wear on screen. You click the button and it runs through a list of your sims, (you did edit the script and put in a list of YOUR sims right?), and it checks the status of the simulator for you and posts the result in local chat. The status can be: 1) UP 2) DOWN 3) STARTING 4) STOPPING 5) CRASHED 6) UNKNOWN. This amazing little device can prevent those strange and bizarre problems that happens when a sim is 'half-crashed' and doing weird and funky stuff to your inventory database.
Asking for money is not the solution.
In the past, as Copper mentioned, Opensimulator users have already been "cheated." So why go further and ask them for money when many grid owners might need funds to keep their grid running as a hobby and source of entertainment, where they don't earn much money?
The individuals who design Opensimulator, to whom we owe our deepest gratitude, and those who work on derivatives, those who offer "ALL-IN-ONE" solutions like Fred with Dream and Kubwa with their product, do not receive money to feed their families. Even there, there are hours and hours of work, programming, bug fixing; it's not just a simple pastime. Programming to offer a free product is a highly demanding passion.
There's no need to fund the EchoVoice project and continually ask for money. It would be more appropriate to try to find a programmer and contributors to work on an active project, making it compatible with Opensimulator, perhaps developing it in parallel. That would be fantastic, or a team of volunteers who start from scratch by studying the protocols.
Why do I have this idea? Simply because every grid owner could load voice software onto their server in this way, having an independent and parallel voice in Opensimulator.
Why am I against funding EchoVoice? Simply because it would fund a company that employs a programmer and centralizes the voice server, limiting users' freedom of use. I don't believe this is the right path.
Furthermore, the campaign opened by someone insists on saying that open source and projects created by volunteers don't pay rent and don't provide food. I respond again by inviting all of you to think about Ubit, who manages Opensimulator and the contributors to the project, about Fred with Dream Grid that many of you use, and about Kubwa. But this is just one example in the opensim world. There are authors of many viewers who do it out of passion without earning anything. But to go further, it's not true that Red Hat Linux is paid for; all GNU/Linux distributions are free, services are paid for. So, this person who claims that even Linux is paid for is trying to make you believe something that is absolutely not true. Paying for advanced support service or some defined pro features in Linux is equivalent to having something exclusive that that company offers. But even there, you pay about $99 a year to have a SERVICE.
With EchoVoice, you end up funding a company that will need to ask for funding every time until it can generate its own money to pay a programmer for a simple update. Is it based on Opensimulator? If Ubit were to ask for $1 a month for everyone using his (and the contributors') hard work, he would be very wealthy. The same goes for Dream Grid, and this is where the difference lies: the passion with which you program without asking for money, because perhaps through donations you can still achieve a sum.

NEW RELEASE
If I have a region listed "no fly" it is for a reason, mostly because if you fly in those regions you will miss the beauty of the hard work that was done to make it worth visiting in the first place. I know everybody likes to get around fast and if a region owner makes their land that you can fly over it that's all well and good, but if they have it set to no fly, why not respect that. I watched someone arrive, wait a moment, then they were flying which meant they had to use the command to allow them to override my settings and that, no matter how you cut it, is disrespectful and rude. So from now on, if I am on and I catch you flying in my no fly regions you will be banned, not because you flew but because you disrespected my settings and overrode them. I really don't mean to be a b**ch about things but this kind of blatant disrespect really gives me the red a**. Further when I spoke to this person they just hovered above me for a while then left without answering, again, very rude and disrespectful. Truth is, if you ask me nicely I would probably let you fly, and I also have teleporters out for fast travel through the region. Just don't use the command to override the settings I have. Thank you. I have often been asked where is it that I get my inspiration from. Creating jewelry now since 2012 you would think I would run out of ideas. I get inspiration from silhouettes, I extract the curves. Sailing on tropical waters with friends as the sun sets can be a magical experience. The warm weather, clear skies, and tranquil waters create the perfect setting for a memorable day.
As you sail along the friends-grid, you'll likely encounter stunning views of palm-fringed beaches, crystal-clear waters, and maybe even some marine life swimming alongside your boat. The gentle rocking of the boat and the sound of water splashing against the hull add to the serene atmosphere.
As the sun begins to set, the sky will be painted with vibrant hues of orange, pink, and purple, creating a breathtaking scene. Watching the sun dip below the horizon, casting its golden glow across the water, is a moment of pure beauty and tranquility.
