Hey Everybody!! This coming Saturday, July 26th, we are having a fun event called senior prom night. I never got to go to my prom because I had very strict parents. I don't know how many of you did or didn't get to go to your prom, but this is a chance to relive that wonderful time or to experience it for the first time in virtual. The setting is 1950's so the attire is 1950's FORMAL, this means the fellas in Tuxedos and the Ladies in Formal Tea dresses or gowns from that era. If you need garments for it please contact me and I'll help you out because there are many places where you can find the perfect outfits. Die Geschichte von Gong ist keine gewöhnliche Bandbiografie. Sie ist eine kosmische ErzĂ€hlung, die aus Zufall, politischem Exil und einer unbĂ€ndigen kreativen Vision geboren wurde. Im Zentrum dieser Saga steht der australische Musiker Daevid Allen, dessen unfreiwilliger Aufenthalt in Frankreich 1967 den Grundstein fĂŒr eine der eigenwilligsten und einflussreichsten Bands der Progressive- und Space-Rock-Geschichte legte. Im Zentrum dieser Saga steht der australische Musiker Daevid Allen, dessen unfreiwilliger Aufenthalt in Frankreich 1967 den Grundstein fĂŒr eine der eigenwilligsten und einflussreichsten Bands der Progressive- und Space-Rock-Geschichte legte. Nachdem ihm wegen eines abgelaufenen Visums die Wiedereinreise nach GroĂbritannien verwehrt wurde, endete seine Zeit bei der richtungsweisenden Canterbury-Band Soft Machine abrupt. Doch dieser Schicksalsschlag erwies sich als schöpferischer Katalysator. Gestrandet in Paris, einer Stadt, die in den spĂ€ten 60er Jahren von kĂŒnstlerischer und politischer GĂ€rung brodelte, fand Allen den perfekten NĂ€hrboden fĂŒr seine unkonventionellen Ideen.
