## Create Your Own Mesh Avatar with Outworldz OpenAvatar
Have you ever wanted to create your own mesh avatar instead of simply using a premade one?
Outworldz has a free tool that lets you do just that.
**OpenAvatar** is a free, open-source mesh avatar maker compatible with OpenSim and Second Life. You can use the online creator to put together your own human avatar by choosing the parts you want.
You don't need to know Blender or another 3D modeling program just to get started. OpenAvatar does the basic assembly for you.
## Start with OpenAvatar
Go to the Outworldz OpenAvatar creator:

## Choose a Head
Select the head you want to use.

Next, choose the body.

Nachdem ich sie schon einmal angeschrieben habe und keine Reaktion erfolgt nun nocheinmal. Es können keine Bodys mehr geladen werden , keine Köpfe nichts. Mein Avatar ist völlig deformiert und dafür bezahlt man Miete. Wenn sie nicht reagieren werde ich mich eben nach einer anderen Grid umschauen. Dieses Verhalten ist absolut inakzeptabel.

We have a new mapping system that's standalone. turning off map generation in opensim.ini and the new system runs outside of opensim and uses SixLabors.ImageSharp. This solves some GC issues i've noticed doesn't torque the opensim region server.
it's a relief map with height better represented than warp. here's a comparison. note that the region in the warp3d map is actually mostly grass not sand so warp3d is off a bit i suppose?
