ELVEN HUD version 20 released!!!
If you are an elf you need this hud! :) Recently updated, and many bug fixes.
The hud collapses to a small trifoil button which when clicked expands the buttons of the hud. What the buttons do:
1) Teleport - presents a menu to tp you to anyone in a sim.
2) Spy - presents you menu to zoom in on anyone on your sim.
3) Scrying - rezzes a green ball that you click. This ball has several menus. It is used for finding things. You click the ball and select the type of items you are looking for, such as agents, active, scripted prims, passive prims. Then it shows you a list of all such items near you. Then you click select and click an item in the menu. The ball shoots out a greenish stream of light to point to the item. Great for finding lost tiny things that you can't see.
4) Invisible - Turn off your ao and click invisible and you sink below the ground, seemingly disappearing from view. To return to view just click the round TRI-Foil button. Note clicking the round trifoil button ends most spells.
5) Sanctuary - This rezzes a lovely fantasy elven pavillion created by cat of alternate metaverse grid. Then... It tp's you to the top of your own ivory tower, giving you a view of the lands. To get rid of it when you're done, just click the trifoil button and the entire tower vanishes magically. You can also invite friends to sit at the top of the tower with you and contemplate the meaning of the forest. :)
6) Shield - This just rezzes a simple shield that will ask if it can attach to your avatar. To end this shield simply click the trifoil button. :)
7) Speed - This increases your walking, running, and flying speed by 3x the normal values. So you can zoom across your land at the speed of a wood elf. :) To stop and return to normal speed just click the speed button again. It will tell you in local chat your speed is returned to normal.
8) Attack - If you are on a land where you can rez, this will present a menu of people nearby. If you select a name, blue light will shoot from your hand and zoom to that person. The person will be caught up in a whirlwind of bluefire, and as they try to walk they will be lifted higher and higher off the sim. To end this magic effect just click the trifoil button.
~ Note ~ This is the only magic hud that is currently working due to recent changes in the scripting engine. I will go through the other huds eventually and update them to work again. Starting with the ones people request. Those huds are: wizard hud, witch hud, fairy hud, vampire hud.
Note: The radar hud and the multisim status reporter hud have been updated as of today to work with the current sim changes. All 3 huds ( elven hud, radar hud, and multisim status report hud ), are all available at wizardry.

THE JOYS OF DREAMGRID. DreamGrid is a software by Fred Beckheusen that makes it super easy to set up your own grid on windows. Having your own grid means that you can back up your lands at a whim, or on a schedule you set. You also have the power to back up your own inventory. Why is this important? When a grid is down for maintenance you are at the mercy of other people relying on their timeline to get the grid back up and running. Having your own grid also lets you control your own npc's, and gives you vast amounts of power that you don't have if someone else is in charge. If you have a problem with a person you can block their entire grid, or just that person if you don't like them. You can create and control tides, and automate birds flying in the air. Another super cool feature dreamgrid has, is that it lets you just start up the regions people are in, or going to. This means you can have 500 different lands, but if only 10 people are on your grid, then only up to 10 would be active. So basically as people teleport around your 500 lands, only the lands they teleport to instantly load for them to enjoy. This gives you a vast amount of options. DreamGrid even comes with hundreds of ready-made lands you can click and install and instantly enjoy. It also means that you can run hundreds of regions on a small not very powerful computer at your home, as only the active regions people teleport to will be running.
DreamGrid has so many many options and features, to many to mention... That you don't have access to or even dream about if you are a member of someone elses grid. It's easy to run. Now of course there will be some people who have difficulty starting a program or are just technically dumb who will complain about dreamgrid, but these people really shouldn't be allowed near a computer in the first place. DreamGrid is dead simple to operate and has features such as auto restart a crashed region, auto restart all regions at a certain time similiar to secondLife's rolling restarts, and of course the ability to backup all your hard work and your precious inventory at a moments notice. Put it on an external drive and you will never again lose all your data. So give DreamGrid a try! It really is a work of art that deserves praise and recognition.

# The Animal Cell vs The Plant Cell: The Duel of the Century (Under the Microscope)

Hello, lovers of science and fun! Today we're going to talk about a topic that seems boring but is as thrilling as a wrestling match. Yes, you read that right! We're talking about the never-ending battle between animal and plant cells. Imagine them as two superheroes duking it out in the ring of the body, each with their own superpowers.

## What Are They Basically Like?

### Animal Cell
It's the party animal of biology. It loves to be on the move, it's dynamic, and it comes in various shapes. It's more like a young person in a nightclub than a scholar in a library.

### Plant Cell
It's more like a zen monk. It's square, disciplined, and is generally found in an "ommmm" posture inside plants. Its shape is more rigid and, let's say, less "party-like."

## The Powers (Structures)

### Nucleus
Both cells have a nucleus. It's like their brain, the place where they store all the information needed to function.

### Cytoplasm
Imagine that the cytoplasm is like a dance hall, where everyone moves around and does their job. Both cells have one.

### Cell Membrane
Both have a cell membrane, kind of like the nightclub door that allows substances to enter and exit.

## The Differences (i.e., their unique superpowers)

### Cell Wall
The plant cell has a cell wall that the animal cell doesn't. It's like having Captain America's shield to protect itself.

### Chloroplasts
The plant cell is the only one that can perform photosynthesis thanks to its chloroplasts. It's like having an "Iron Man suit" that allows it to create its own energy.

### Lysosomes
The animal cell has lysosomes, responsible for digestion. It's as if it has its own internal Pac-Man that eats up waste.

### Vacuoles

¡Hola, amantes de la ciencia y de la diversión! Hoy vamos a hablar de un tema que parece aburrido pero que es tan apasionante como un combate de lucha libre. ¡Sí, sí, has leído bien! Se trata de la interminable batalla entre las células animales y vegetales. Imagina que son como dos superhéroes que luchan en el ring del cuerpo, cada una con sus propias superhabilidades.

## ¿Cómo Son Básicamente?

### Célula Animal
Es la fiestera de la biología. Le encanta estar en movimiento, es dinámica y tiene formas variadas. Se parece más a un joven en una discoteca que a un erudito en una biblioteca.

### Célula Vegetal
Es más como un monje zen. Es cuadrada, disciplinada, y se encuentra generalmente en una postura de "ommmm" en el interior de las plantas. Su forma es más rígida y, digamos, menos "fiestera".

The MultiSim Status Report hud is now available at wizardry. It's just a button you wear on screen. You click the button and it runs through a list of your sims, (you did edit the script and put in a list of YOUR sims right?), and it checks the status of the simulator for you and posts the result in local chat. The status can be: 1) UP 2) DOWN 3) STARTING 4) STOPPING 5) CRASHED 6) UNKNOWN. This amazing little device can prevent those strange and bizarre problems that happens when a sim is 'half-crashed' and doing weird and funky stuff to your inventory database.

My Grid recorder project. This project is one where you wear an attachment and when you go to other grids, it gets the name and address of the grid and saves it to a list. Unfortunately it's not very useful as many of the grids I go to have scripts turned off, in which case it doesnt work at all. Or... the hud gets reset on the journey there and doesn't work. So far in the past 2 years I've got a total of 9 grids in the list, although I have been to many many more grids. Thank you for all the nice people I've met out there and the many good people I have met and made friends with. If you are interested in this project for whatever reason, you need to make a website where you can run the php script and you need to wear an attachment that can get the name of the grid and send it to the list in the table. Maybe somebody can think of a use for it.

Im Vorprogramm ab 19:20 Uhr wird ein Konzert von King Crimson aus dem Jahr 1982 in München gezeigt.

Im Anschluss daran übernehmen die DJs Xenos und Klara das Kommando und sorgen für eine abwechslungsreiche Nacht mit Musik aus verschiedenen Genres.

Xenos spielt von 20:00 bis 21:30 Uhr einen Mix aus Indie Rock, Blues, Punk Rock, Metal und Progressive Thrash.

Klara legt von 21:30 bis 23:00 Uhr ein Sun Ra Spezial auf.

OPENSIMFEST OPENS IN A FEW HOURS ON FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 15TH AT 9 AM GRID TIME!!

This is the massive Opensim party you've been waiting for, and we have tons of talent lined up for the opening weekend! The grid opens at 9 am grid time and is open for two hours for explorers to see exhibits and merchants. At 11 am, the music cranks up with DJ Ibor then continues for eight straight hours of Live performers, DJs, and dancing. At 9 am on Saturday, we start the party all over again!
