I was taught to treat people with respect. I prefer to think of it as treating people with dignity. To do that, I need to act with dignity. Acting out of anger only hardens the heart and diminishes oneself in everyones eyes. There is a better way of dealing with frustration. It begins with compassion for oneself, and then for others. This season, and in every season, my wish is this.
