Our monthly OpenSim World’s Fair meeting is this Saturday, November 30th.  We hope you can make it and you have the opportunity to Win a Free Exhibit Parcel for the OpenSim World’s Fair. One is full sim sized 256x256 and the other is half sim size. The raffle and parcels are totally free.

The two free exhibit areas were generously donated by Wyldwood Bayou Grid and Ada Radius.

Picture this: a wonderland nestled in the heart of a quaint town square, with snowy paths and twinkling fairy lights that dance playfully in the brisk winter air. The aroma of roasting chestnuts fills the air, the chestnuts are indeed hot, nestled in little paper cones that crackle as they’re handed to you, releasing their nutty, toasty perfume. You pop one into your mouth and it’s a symphony of flavor and warmth, a delightful contrast to the cold that nips at your nose, and sweet scent of caramelizing
sugar coating the freshly made crepes sizzling and each breath you take is a
delightful cocktail of festive scents that tickle your nose and warm your soul, not
forgetting roasts marshmallows over an open fire, the sticky sweetness of the melting marshmallows wafts through the air, a siren’s call to those with a sweet tooth. as you sit to enjoy your cheeks turn rosy from the flames as you attempt to craft the perfect s’more.

Hot drinks and steaming mugs of mulled wine and spiced cider are passed around, warmth seeping through your mittens and into your very bones. The three winter Sims have been "open" all year round - Advent is approaching - and on each of the Advent evenings in December there is a reading with Rubeus in the fairy tale tents. Alternating between the Christmas market in Dorena's World and Rubeus' Santa's winter wonderland.

From 8 p.m. there will be an hour of stories and music about Advent - before that there will also be a few "festive sounds" to get you in the mood. On the 1st and 3rd Advent we meet in the fairy tale tent at Dorena's Christmas market

Kaze no Mura (Wind Village) is a farming part of Kaze no Sato (Wind City) that uses VivoSim and SatyrFarm to train our slaves. We do this by providing protocol, hard work and scheduling. We offer husbandry, farming, metallurgy, carpentry, forestry, mining and more. This is just the beginning of the House Gestaga experience. All are welcome to explore, but know that we are still building.

Between now and December 24th, you can create and display your own interpretation of a snow globe to capture the spirit of the Christmas season.
Snow Globe template is for you to texture or you can make your own and decorate. Make a theme and run with it..
You can make it bigger as long as its not bigger than your 20x20 square..
you can also build your own Snow Globe.

Contest starts judging on Dec 14th.. You can vote for as many globes as you want per day, but only one vote per globe per day.
Judging is based on 40% of the votes and 60% of the Judges Scores.. 3 judges 20% each judge.

Instead of the usual backyard garden or patio, you’d have a direct connection to an oceanic paradise with more than 5,000 fish and animals.

You step in the water at your house and you are greeted by the soft sway of colorful coral reefs, schools of shimmering fish darting through crystal-clear waters, and the soothing sound of underwater currents. The vibrant sea life surrounds you, from playful dolphins and majestic sea turtles to curious jellyfish and exotic creatures you've only ever read about. This is now your back yard!

You could swim freely or explore in a variety of ways. Imagine taking a peaceful swim, discovering hidden underwater caves, or diving deeper to visit shipwrecks where you might uncover forgotten treasures. The world would be filled with endless opportunities for exploration, all from the comfort of your own home. Perhaps there’s even a stunning underwater garden filled with bioluminescent plants that glow in the dark or glowing creatures that light up the waters around you, creating an ethereal atmosphere.

For the first time, we are opening up our underwater worlds for 9 very lucky people who want to live there. There is an underwater home, a home with a cenote, a shack, a wreck and a few gorgeous homes. Although every house is different, the beauty of these homes begins when you step in the water. We are looking for residents who want to be active and make this their main home. These rentals are free....but we do not want land collectors, we want people who want to become a part of our community.
