I have a project coming out for public beta test soon and I thought that now would probably be a good time to share 10 RULES of TECH SUPPORT!

MY PERSONAL TECH SUPPORT RULES ANYWAY.

(Please Read Before Speaking)

Rule one: the computer did exactly what you told it to do, not what you meant. It is not psychic. It is not creative. It is aggressively literal and has no emotional attachments to you..

Rule two: the documentation exists for a reason. Skipping it and asking for help is like ignoring the map, driving into a lake, and calling to complain about the water.

Rule three: “It doesn’t work” is not useful information. That is a feeling. Feelings are valid. They are not diagnostic.

Rule four: when I am explaining something, this is not a discussion. This is the part where you stop talking and listen. Questions are welcome after the explanation, not during the sentence you interrupted.

Rule five: something changed. It always does. The system did not wake up this morning and choose chaos. You, time, or physics touched it. Figure out which.

Rule six: support cannot fix what you refuse to describe. If you changed something “small” and didn’t mention it, congratulations—you have just doubled the troubleshooting time.

Rule seven: urgency does not make you right. Saying “this is critical” does not rewrite reality; it just raises everyone’s blood pressure.

Rule eight: software does not include common sense. That must be provided by the user. If a warning says “don’t do this” and you do it anyway, the outcome is not mysterious.

Rule nine: if you ignore instructions, you own the result. This is not punishment. This is cause and effect.

Rule ten: If the source code tells you not to do something, there is a valid reason. Disobey at your own peril.

Dass Träume keine Flucht sind, sondern Entwürfe.
Dass Fantasie kein Luxus ist, sondern ein Orientierungsorgan.

Ich verweigere die Vorstellung, man müsse erst „bereit“ sein, um zu beginnen.

Vision-Board-Workshop – Bilder finden für das, was werden will

Wenn Sie auf dem Weg sind, Ihren Wünschen und inneren Bildern Raum zu geben, kann ich Sie dabei begleiten.

In diesem Workshop arbeiten wir mit Vision Boards als schöpferischem Werkzeug. Es geht nicht darum, Ziele zu „optimieren“ oder sich selbst zu überlisten, sondern darum, sichtbar zu machen, was in Ihnen bereits angelegt ist. Bilder, Worte, Farben und Formen helfen dabei, das Unklare behutsam zu ordnen – nicht rational, sondern sinnlich und intuitiv.

Sie bereiten sich vor, indem Sie sich Zeit nehmen für eine kurze schriftliche Annäherung an Ihre aktuellen Fragen, Sehnsüchte oder Lebensentwürfe. Diese Notizen sind kein Leistungstest, sondern ein Ausgangspunkt. Im Workshop greifen wir sie auf und lassen daraus ein persönliches Vision Board entstehen. Der Prozess ist offen, langsam und respektvoll. Das Ergebnis darf sich zeigen, muss aber nichts „leisten“.

Der Workshop eignet sich für Menschen,
– die sich neu ausrichten möchten
– die an einer Schwelle stehen
– die spüren, dass etwas in Bewegung kommen will, aber noch keine Worte hat

Wir arbeiten mit Papier, Bildern, Textfragmenten und einfachen gestalterischen Mitteln. Vorkenntnisse sind nicht nötig. Fantasie ist kein Talent, sondern ein menschliches Grundvermögen – manchmal verschüttet, nie verloren.

Auf Wunsch begleite ich Sie auch über den Workshop hinaus: im Gespräch, im Schreiben oder bei der Weiterentwicklung dessen, was sichtbar geworden ist. Ein Vision Board ist kein fertiger Plan, sondern ein lebendiger Dialog mit Ihrer Innenwelt.

Erzählen Sie mir von dem, was Sie bewegt – persönlich oder schriftlich. Ich begleite Sie ein Stück auf Ihrem Weg und öffne mit Ihnen den Blick: nach innen und nach außen. Sie werden merken, wie viel Klarheit, Lebendigkeit und Orientierung aus scheinbar einfachen Bildern entstehen kann.

Kreativität hilft nicht nur beim Erschaffen von Kunst, sondern beim Leben selbst. Sie ist eine Übung. Und jede Übung beginnt mit einem ersten, freundlichen Schritt.
