In a frantic scramble to evade the spirits, you will rush through the narrow passages, but the caverns are alive with surprises. Cobwebs, thick and sticky, cling to your faces, and startled bats flutter out from the shadows, tangling in your hair.
The atmosphere is thick with tension, laughter, and the inevitable fear of what lurks just beyond the flickering light of their torches.

The Haunted Halloween Isles are a series of islands created by Zuzu Bahro and Safine Mahoe for your Halloween fun!
Zombie Hunt - This year the Zombies want revenge at the hunters from previous years and have set traps amongst the barren, desolate ruins and lava pools. You begin to panic as you suddenly realize these are not simply mindless creatures, but a remnant of humanity that had retained a dark intelligence. You will not get out alive!
Pumpkin Patch- This Island offers the vibrant autumn colors and a huge assortment of pumpkins and fall decorating ideas for you. Enjoy the scenic walk as the red, and golden leaves fall from the trees. You will find pumpkins and Jack o lanterns of every size and shape.
Friends Castle - Explore all the rooms in this historic castle and find the exciting adult spots with your partner. Later, you can head up to the towers to enjoy shooting the pirates village with cannons. Right click on the cannons, Mount and then click each cannon in the battery. The targets will explode when enough damage occurs.
Haunted Forest - The forest is beautiful, but the other worldly creatures have turned it into a place that will give you nightmares! You will find some fun adult spots in the haunted forest if you dare!
Friendsville Cemetery - A beautiful little peaceful village situated on an island . The scenery is charming with the church, lighthouse and much more; however, something is mysterious at the cemetery.
Ghost Town - This ancient port town has been taken over by ghosts! Under the town is a huge 3 level cave complex for the brave explorers. Make your way outside to the Gardens of Ghosts and use midnight setting

Last night a very nasty lumbago reminded me that today is the beginning of meteorological autumn.
Time to open the gates to Autumnville.
For the 4th time you can enjoy the numerous autumn decorations (and take them with you!!) or get really scared. There is a lot to discover and fun for hours guaranteed.(Flying is an option but you will miss half of the fun!!
What's new? The space around "Día de los Muertos" has been completed, as well as some new things that have been added and distributed throughout the sim.
18856 prims are waiting to be discovered by you. (Hint..if nothing is rezzing after hypergrid teleport, please relog, that mostly helps a lot to see everything).

Bring your horse to meet Smokey!
We know there are a lot of horse lovers in opensim. One of the biggest challenges to horse owners is having large, beautifully landscaped areas to ride. the second challenge is having ridable trails over uneven terrain. It sounds simple, but can sometimes make a person say bad words when building it. then you also have issues of will the horses physics work on the uneven terrains.
At friends grid we offer the amazing horses from my friend,Roland Francis, and we have two totally different trails for you to enjoy. Now, you can now bring your own horse!
Friends Stables - Enjoy a ride which will take you through the beautiful stable area with ocean views, continue on to the working friends farm. and then ride over the mountains and into the beautiful rainforest! There are many different trail options here.

Friends Mall - this is a beautiful easy trail located in back of the mall. This is a simple trail...you cannot get lost. You will ride along the landscaped path viewing the ocean and gradually climb high into the mountains.

An ancient wall is before you, constructed from large limestone blocks. The centuries have left their mark, etching deep pits and cracks into the stone. The surface is now a dark, almost blackened hue, the result of countless years of exposure to the elements. Despite the wall's somber and worn appearance, a single ray of light pierces through the gloom, casting a gentle, golden glow on a small section of the stone. This touch of light brings out the subtle textures and details in the limestone, revealing hints of its original, pale color. The contrast between the illuminated area and the surrounding darkness emphasizes the wall's age and the stories it holds within its weathered stones.

I have tried to tell people that our mall is a little different; but tonight I want to show you one of our best selling products - the amazing horses from my friend Roland Francis.
Most of you know about Roland and his horses....but I am going to brag anyways. I used to raise horses in SL. You dont even want to know how much I spent on food.....and then the horses were not naturally grazing. If you found ones that were...you could not ride them. I have tried every horse I found in Second Life and Opensim, and I honestly believe Roland's horses offer the best ride and most realistic animations.
So....you might ask...what does this have to do with a mall? We are honored to be able to offer Rolands horses to you here at Friends Mall and I have built a special path to let you try them. Ride over the mountains...past the pond...and the long oceanside trail....and I am sure you will fall in love with these horses.
Go to the Equitacion Store at Friends Mall.

Then walk out the back of the store to take a horse for a ride. When you arrive back at the building, you can get your own horse rezzer......it is called HHorse rezzer v2.0 and is inside the stable building at the Mall.

This amazing new product lets you drop in an item of clothing, and a picture of that clothing (or shoes, or hair) and click through the items in your closet. Then you can choose to have the item GIVEn to you, or to AUTOMATICALLY WEAR the item. Note: Please use copy items. If you find any bugs, please contact me and let me know. I'm leaving it at my welcome center for you to buy for 0$. cyberdatastorm.com:8002:SandBox (yes the doors open and close...) Note 2: The automatic WEAR only works if you are on dreamgrid, or if you own your own grid your on and have OSSL functions enabled. :) Note 3: This was Arielle's idea. So I think she should have the first one. But anybody can get one. Enjoy!

Teleporting Issues?
I just became aware of a major flaw with firestorm and the solution that is on the Firestorm download page. I have been unable to TP unless I relog for last 3 days. After much research I realized this was a Firestorm SLURL issue.
Go to the firestorm download page and you will see the above information.
I have not changed my viewer settings or added any new viewers; but it appears some upgrade (probably windows) caused the SLURL function in Firestorm to no longer work properly.
As I follow up....I am teleporting perfectly now after installing this.

What is this ?
SLURL Proxy is an application that will handle SLURLs on your Windows system. Clicking a SLURL on the web,
will open SLURL proxy, which will forward the SLURL to the viewer you have chosen.
Why is that interesting ?
Various Second Life viewers you might, or may already have installed, modify the way SLURLs are handled on your system,
and often cause problems when you uninstall certain viewers.
SLURL Proxy provides a user friendly way to correct this.
Upon start up, SLURL Proxy will check to see if it's the default SLURL handler.
If it is not, it will inform you about that, and ask you if you'd like to use SLURL Proxy as default instead.
When you have set SLURL Proxy as default,(or even before that) you can simply drag one or more viewer shortcuts onto the application window,
and they should be listed with viewer name, and icon.
SLURL Proxy allows you to add several viewers, and one always needs to be the default viewer to use.
The default viewer is the one where the checkbox is checked.
If you would like to change the default viewer, simply click the viewer of your choice in the list.
That's it.
If you wish to set a viewer as default SLURL handler instead of SLURL proxy, then you simply need to click
Set other SLURL handler in the menu, and drag the shortcut of your favourite viewer onto the window.
Requires .NET 3.5 and only runs on Windows
