We’ve been working on an app that uses ChatGPT to write the Blender scripts and generate mesh for OpenSim/Second Life, and we just hit a massive milestone.

This entire beach scene was built from scratch just by prompting the AI. No marketplace assets, no manual modeling—just pure AI generation.

Here is what it built:
🏖️ The Beach Hut: Fully detailed with perfect wall plates, a closed roof-to-gable junction, and steps.
🍹 The Tiki Cabana: Complete with a side palm tree, bamboo chairs, an interior table, and properly gathered curtains (no weird neck bows).
🌿 The Curved Planter: A beveled stone base with soil, bushes, and a sculpted tree.
🏄 The Details: Surfboards, a cooler, and beach chairs, all scaled correctly for a 1.8m avatar with no clipping.

We’ve been hammering the AI to check its own work—making sure there are no missing textures, no gaps at the roof line, and that the LODs are optimized so it won't lag the sim. It's finally looking absolutely perfect.

We aren't a custom build service; we are just building the ultimate tool to make creating OpenSim content easier. Seeing ChatGPT output this level of quality is insane to us.

The tribute to Linda Kellie is over; the park is quiet, the NPCs are still looping their reformatory musical, and I am still smiling. Thank you to the Mosaic team for coming over and for the kind words about the sim and the lighting.

At 10 grid time the park went into lockdown, rain and power blips hit both ends of the continent, Wanda glared at the crowd, and nobody left. Nearly fifty of you stood in the queue and loved it. The slots paid one in ten, the re-delivery terminal paid nothing, and Nine lost every time and kept playing. That is how you know the queue was working.

Light, for three hours of metal and neoclassical rock with finesse, and for summing up the day better than I could: “team work dude.”

Rio, for organizing everything and for being taxed a hundred pounds of dignity four separate times.

Not sure how otherswho build and create work on grids or regions when they have to move all stuff when one place closes and another opens this was how I did it. If you dont agree its fine. I do what I think is best for me as a builder and creator of Fantasy regions. Maybe unethical but i rather like some designers work and hate to lose there creations. Because as an artist myself and Graphic Designer in outside world now retired I feel bad when artwork is just thrown away it takes time effort to create that is an important skill. I Suck at Blender. So I Built an App That Does It For Me.

I’m not launching a product. I’m not selling anything. I just really suck at building in Blender.

So I made an app for myself that talks to ChatGPT. I describe what I want, and ChatGPT creates the objects, textures, materials — all inside Blender. It does the work in 2 to 5 minutes.

I was honestly surprised by the results. Yeah, there are 2 imperfections — but it learns in seconds. Next prompt? Better. And better.

This isn’t for “users.” It’s for me. I built it because I wanted to make 3D stuff without fighting Blender’s interface for hours.

Basically: I suck at Blender, so I built myself an AI assistant that doesn’t.

Not selling it. Just sharing because I’m still kind of shocked it works.
