Question I often get asked is, "Why are some OARS exclusive for Dreamgridders only, I thought this was a free and opensource platform with sharing." Yes it is however, the reason some OARs are exclusive to DreamGrid users is that they contain purchased items with licenses that must be respected. **Or the Creators of these OARS only offered them to Dreamgridders it is their license to share with us.** By limiting the distribution of these OARs to the DreamGrid platform, we ensure that we are honoring those licensing agreements.

Roz Carr, born Rosamond Halsey Carr, was an American humanitarian and author who became widely known for her work in Rwanda. Born in 1912, she spent much of her early life as a fashion illustrator and model in New York before marrying British explorer Kenneth Carr.
In 1949, Roz Carr moved to Rwanda with her husband, where they managed a pyrethrum (a type of chrysanthemum used in insecticide) plantation. After her marriage ended, she remained in Rwanda, which became her home for the rest of her life. During the Rwandan Genocide in 1994, she witnessed the horrors of the conflict firsthand. Following the genocide, Roz Carr dedicated herself to helping orphaned children, founding the Imbabazi Orphanage on her plantation to provide care and education to children who had lost their families.
Carr authored a memoir titled Land of a Thousand Hills: My Life in Rwanda, which recounts her experiences in the country, from the time she arrived in the 1940s to the years following the genocide. Her work earned her recognition as a significant humanitarian figure, and she continued to live in Rwanda until her death in 2006 at the age of 94.
Roz Carr's legacy lives on through the orphanage and the lives of the 400 children she helped.

I took some time out today to visit Soda's Avedon Park, and Avedon South. Once you arrive, you'll find it nearly impossible to leave, as the allure of this enchanting place leaves an indelible mark on your heart. Weekenders is a fun way to explore the grid. I have little weekender cottages and gypsy wagon too, located around the grid for your weekend stay. Free! Just checkin Friday night and depart on Sunday at Noon. Longer stays can be arranged too. I have a Weekender office located at Catena di Isole that explains each cottage and the location! Just IM to book your stay. I have a cool back pack filled with all sorts of goodies for the traveler!

This is one of the first sets that I created, started with a sketch of gem placement. Making gemstone snowflakes it is all about gem placement too. Once you have the main gem placed a simple polar array at various distances achieves beautiful effects. Creating is Magic, spend more time learning all the new software out there.

I feel my dream is finally realized, to have quality surfing in opensim is a beautiful thing but the cohesive community is just heartwarming. Seeing Hyacinth creating her new surf region gave me total goosebumps because in SL in the beginning that is how it was, everyone was creating their surf sims, creating their teams and all coming together each month for a surf comp, we can do this too! We can create our surf sims, our teams, and have fun competitions. Lag right now might be a thang to overcome if we have lots of action other than surfing on the sim, we might have to have the competitions in a stripped down sim with just the waves and boards but there is so much hope for this!! I am over the moon excited about our future!
