Thanks Copper, I did try that system but I can either get the colour to change or the text to display, but not both for some reason.

This changes a texture and prim size/ offset (I made a texture myself with occupied/vacant) , but not a name onto. I didnt test if on touch it gives name of tenant to any other but "renter" or owner: ...
