sugar coating the freshly made crepes sizzling and each breath you take is a
delightful cocktail of festive scents that tickle your nose and warm your soul, not
forgetting roasts marshmallows over an open fire, the sticky sweetness of the melting marshmallows wafts through the air, a siren’s call to those with a sweet tooth. as you sit to enjoy your cheeks turn rosy from the flames as you attempt to craft the perfect s’more.

This Comming Sunday I will do a MEMORIAL for DeeJay James Bogbat who passed away on the 17th of November 2024.
James was very loved my many.
His RL wife asked me to take over his DJ sessions on the sundays as he would liked that, and I was very honored and could not resist saying Yes.
My first show on the sunday will be all for James as a Memorial and a Tribute to him.
It will be a very special one with a laugh and tear, but we are going to celebrate his life as good as we can with some dancing ofcourse.
For those who knew him, please you are all very welcome from 6 to 8am with the morning breakfast show at AMV Welcome.

At 11am we have a service for him at the Memorial region for James as well lead by Cataplexia Numbers.
Come as you are, there is no dresscode, just be yourself as our James was as well.

HI, I'm looking for a house called "Florida Home". I have one but it's no copy and I don't remember where I got it. While trying to get the doors to work, I reset the scripts and it broke the house! One of my mother's favorite flowering bushes was the Forsythia with it's bright gold flowers and lime green leaves she often cut a few branches and put them in a vase of water on the dining room table, it was simple but very pretty. So I decided to make a Forsythia bush and make it available to all who would like one, it could make great hedges or privacy walls, it's mesh and resizable and only one prim. Announcing the Kitely Winter Fair at Catronian Archipelago!
We are organizing a winter fair for all merchants who like to do some advertisement for their work. We offer you a little market stall where you can put some vendors or boxes to show off your work. :) Freebees are encouraged but not needed of course.

The market is on a winter themed platform sized about 12 sims. Most of the platform is used for our 11 cities skating tour, that has been popular every year and will give the skaters who finished the tour and collected all stamps, a nice prize. The landscape is wonderfully made with islands and lots of possibilities to skate, get lost, and find shelter in little cabins.

In the middle of the platform is a Dutch themed snowy city, with a small market place reserved for merchant guests who like to expose their work.
If you are interested to use one of the little stalls, please sent me an IM and I will make a reservation for you.

The fair will be opened sunday the fifteenth of December , close to winter holidays , starting with a party with DJ Melanie Auxifur.

Howdy folks!!! One of our new grid members wanted a house that was very open, so with that thought in mind I created this house for her, however I'm making it available to anyone who would like it. This house features a built in fireplace, split levels, spiral stairs, decks, recessed ceiling lights (touch light), sliding doors and a carport. The build is pretty much all prim so it will be easy to modify and the mesh parts can be resized and re textured to your liking. It is full perm and free here at our mall, stop by and check it out.
