Doc Nolan has been in virtual worlds for nearly 2 decades. He has always had a part in virtual world art through virtual world photography, then drawing, and now, in generative AI. Doc draws inspiration from a variety of life experiences, both real and virtual. His lifelong journeys as an avid hiker and international traveler have heavily influenced his choices in art, as well as his personal relationships and interests.

Come explore this medium through the eyes of Doc Nolan, wandering through a forest filled with forest nooks and hidden spaces, with beautiful areas for your contemplation of what you see and experience. Immerse yourself, explore, experience.

Something I've been playing with is texture change stuff and so I took a chair I found in open sim an a script from outworldz.com and some textures I have and POOF a chair that you can change the textures on the cushion. There are 12 different textures to choose from to suit whatever your décor is and it's free, full perm and waiting just for you! Macron's 7 years of hard-line liberalism have destroyed social services: hospitals, transport, schools and fractured society. People are disgusted and ready to do anything to get by, even to believe the words of a racist bourgeois party that lies to them while pretending to help them.

Getting help in this community is like pulling teeth, I swear to god.
Anyway. Windlight settings.
Noone seemed to have any answers, so I am sharing what I know.

Officially, opensim discontinued Windlight.

You can still enable those settings in OSSL and OSSLDEFAULT config files. You used to have to enable them in Xengine settings but Yengine doesnt seem to require it.

The default settings that come bundled with Firestorm, Singularity, and Coolviewer are buggy AT BEST.

Region weather settings are saved to whatever database you are using in your server in a kind of strange, sloppy way. It isn't 1:1 with SL Windlight settings.
You're actually better off editing region windlight settings with a script than attempting to change them with the viewer.

You can edit this script to get the job done. If you are using Windlight i really recommend using the singularity viewer- it seems to play nice with Windlight.

Also, after hitting an option to change the windlight settings... hit 'world', 'region/estate'. For whatever reason this triggers a refresh of the windlight settings on the region and you can see the changes you've made.
