Wait. What? I thought it was cold out. I'm confused. Open-toed platform shoes! You ask, "who in hell put this outfit together?

Two things should be added to this outfit to make it complete -- and maybe even make sense. I should be carrying bags, like a bag lady, and have cats, like a cat lady. I'll be a bag cat lady.
