It is helpful to make all Windows and graphics updates, to install the latest graphics driver. 16 GB memory or better 32GB. It also helps to limit the visibility a bit in the avatar settings. Or reset the Avatar settings to default. Internet speed should be at least 500MBite up and down, 1GBite is better. Change HDD to SSD its a dream so fast and stable. If all of this doesn't help, you should think about a new PC. SL and OS is not a game and the fiewer places high demands on the hardware.
