On April 26 11 people were killed and many others injured in Vancouver after an SUV rammed into a crowded Lapu Lapu street festival in Vancouver.
This has been on my mind. Today is a day of Remebrance in BC, Canada. I made/modded a vigil candle in a holder and it's at the Birch Grove RCMP station free to copy/buy for 0.
The candle is from Sketchfab:

The holder is simple prims and the flame is from an old LK candle. The hold is a default SL one and the animate on attach script is available a bunch of places. I think I have it from back in SL days but on outworldz and probably OSgrid in the scripting forum etc.
Cherish those you love everyday. Cherish community and safety. Hold folks in your heart who don't get to and offer them light and love.

Anna, thank you for sharing this. When this tragedy happened, I held Canadians close in my heart. Your gesture with the vigil candle is deeply moving — a beautiful reminder to cherish our loved ones, our communities, and the safety we sometimes take for granted.
