At 11:30AM Pacific time take a stroll from the Mural Amphitheater to the Faerie Circle near the Space Needle to listen to the pre-show music by DJ Astoria. She will warm you up with her celebratory tunes. The Space Needle is open to the public. Take the elevators up to the restaurant, have a quick bite to eat before the fireworks begin. The Discovery Grid birthday party begins at 10:30AM Pacific time at the Mural amphitheater stage in virtual Seattle with Pink Floyd, a tribute band produced by Jeff Edwards. Don't miss all the classic hits by this iconic group! The tribute band will appear in true park fashion, with lights, ambiance, and atmosphere that will transport you back in time to the heyday of the psychedelic era.
