Like if you want to landscape 256 regions at once. Avoids putting things in water and on cliffs. The prim-based rezzers probably won't cover an entire 4096x4096 region (or 256x256, 512x512, 1024x1024) due to limitations in the lsl rez command. Using a module gives you full region coverage and can also do all regions in an estate at once.
